Lou and Sue were absolutely WONDERFUL throughout the entire process. They answered texts, emails and phone calls promptly and at any time of the day. Their knowledge, compassion and attention to detail far surpassed my family’s expectations. Lou made my step-dad look INCREDIBLE, a task that was not easy because of the dialysis that was so rough on his body. From the bottom of our hearts, Thank You! For anyone searching for a funeral home, search no more. DiGiacomo is top notch!

Lou DiGiacomo has handled three funerals for my family - my father, my grandmother, and most recently, my mother. Each event was executed with the kind of grace and care that honored our deceased family member while comforting the rest of our family. The DiGiacomo family was always incredibly kind to my mother, and it showed in the care that Lou and Susan put into my mother's viewing as well as the preparation for the service itself. The funeral home itself is welcoming and well-appointed, which certainly made a big difference on the day of the viewing. Lou himself took personal care to always ensure my loved ones were taken care, and their presentation was remarkable, particularly that of my grandmother's, whose funeral had to be delayed a few days. I would not recommend any other funeral home. DiGiacomo has always treated me like family.

When our mother suddenly passed away, there was no hesitation as to who would handle her service - DiGiacomo Funeral Home. From the initial phone call to her burial, Lou and Sue were simply amazing. Nothing was ever too much to ask of them.

When you arrive at their funeral home you immediately feel at peace, calm and cared for. You feel like you are talking with friends. The feeling you get of the funeral home is like a warm and cozy living room. No details are missed, they think of everything so you don't have to.

Lou, Sue and their staff did an amazing job at making our mother look beautiful (and 20 years younger). We know that she would have approved. For my youngest brother to say "he wouldn't change a thing and mom would have loved it" meant so much to me.

The funeral home decor is stunning and once again, warm and comfortable. The perfect size no matter the amount of people in attendance.

Let's talk compassion, kindness and professionalism. Lou, Sue and all their staff exceeded any/all expectations that we had as a family.

DiGiacomo Funeral Home would get 10 stars from us if we could and I highly recommend them.

When our mother passed away 15 years after our father, it was an easy decision to use DiGiacomo Funeral Home once again.

Lou immediately took our phone call and invited us to meet.

During the whole process (even after hours and on Sundays) Lou and Sue made themselves available and answered all questions, easing the stress of funeral planning.

The ceremony was beautiful and went smoothly, exceeding all expectations.

Thank you to DiGiacomo Funeral Home for your kindness and professionalism during this difficult time.

I could not have asked for a more caring, compassionate, and communicative experience with planning my father's funeral. The DiGiacomos were extremely professional and guided me through the entire funeral planning process. Being relatively young, I haven't had any experience with funeral planning, but Lou and Sue made the process as painless as possible. Joe, another member of the team, was also a pleasure to work with the day of the funeral. Thank you to the DiGiacomos for giving my father the send off he deserved.

Since my family was so pleased with the way DiGiacomo Funeral Home handled funeral services for three family members we lost over the last 38 years, my sister chose DiGiacomo Funeral Home to conduct the funeral service for her husband, who recently passed away suddenly.

Lou and his wife, Sue, could not have been more personable and understanding at such a difficult time. In addition to arranging a private viewing, questions were answered, follow-up calls were made promptly, and Lou could not have been more accommodating. Also, Joe, a member of Lou's staff, was an absolute pleasure to deal with during John's service. Thank you, Lou and Sue, and your staff, for making all of us more at ease during such a trying time.

My family and I would like to say “Thank You” to Lou & Sue DiGiacomo and their staff for the kindness they showed to me and my family during this difficult time. We lost our mother at Christmas and from the moment my brother called Lou to tell him that our mom had passed to the day of her burial Lou was there to help. We are truly Blessed to have had such wonderful people like Lou and Sue guide us through the hardest thing we could ever imagine, our mom passing away.

The DiGiacomo Funeral Home were all so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Lou went above and beyond in his attention to detail. He was always available to take our call even when he was not feeling well. Lou was so thorough and meticulous in everything he did to make sure everything turned out perfect for our mom.

In addition to Lou’s expertise, we also felt like we had been friends with him and Sue for many years. They were so friendly and showed us that they truly cared about us and what our family was going through.

Most of all, we wanted the BEST for our mom and would not have had it any other way. We know we did have the best care for our mom choosing DiGiacomo Funeral Home . Everything was beautiful from beginning to the end.

Lou & Sue, Thank You from the bottom our hearts.

What was a very stressful time became a beautiful tribute to my father. I went from losing my dad to gaining a brother and sister. The DiGiacomo's are the right balance of take charge and compassionate. What was most impressive was how my dad looked. Words can't express how appreciative my brother and I were for that. Dad looked amazing. Thank you so much.

I decided to pre-plan my funeral with DiGiacomo's funeral home. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Lou and Sue were incredibly compassionate, communicative and flexible throughout the entire process.
They went above and beyond making sure I understood what I was doing every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured.
I feel very confident with the decisions I made for my funeral and I highly recommend Lou and Sue DiGiacomo.

The entire Negler family would like to express our sincere thanks to Lou and Sue DiGiacomo for the kindness they showed to our family following our mother's death. Their caring and professionalism was just as amazing as it was over 20 years ago when they took care of our father's arrangements . Again, thank you for everything you did.

I called Lou DiGiacomo asking for aasistance in our search to get information on a relative who passed many years ago. We had no information on this family member and called to see if we could get information that he may have from his records of many years ago. He went out of his way to get us as much information as he could. This information was from back in the 1940s. He was very helpful and cordial. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and his desire to assist us as much as was possible. Thank you Lou!!!

We can’t say enough great things about Lou and his wife, Sue! We lost our newborn son very suddenly and the DiGiacomo’s went above and beyond to make this process as easy as possible for us. They are extremely compassionate, honest and professional. Their communication with us was amazing as well. Even after the service, they have stayed in touch with our family and have offered to help in every way they can. They pay attention to every little detail and everything they use is the very best quality. Again, I can’t say enough great things about them. Our son’s service was beautiful, thanks to the DiGiacomo’s. We are so grateful for everything they did and continue to do for our family.

My mother passed away too soon, therefore we were not prepared. My sisters and I decided to go to DiGiacomo funeral home due to a recommendation that Lou was a nice guy, a good location and a lot of parking.
We were greeted by Lou and Sue when we went to make mom’s arrangements in a kindly manner. Together, with the two of them we made what I felt a beautiful service for mom and my sisters agreed. The room at DiGiacomo Funeral Home was large and very lovely. The florist they recommended arranged the most beautiful and elegant flowers in the colors my mom loved. It all culminated into a service that paid tribute to a classy, sassy, yet elegant woman which we will remember for the remainder of our lives!
Thank you Lou and Sue!

I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs funeral services. Thank you again to Lou and Family for your help during this extremely difficult time. - Marianne & Jesse

I chose DiGiacomo Funeral Home simply because they are in my parish and close to my home. I am so glad I did.

My husband passed away on Christmas night. The next day my children and I arrived at the funeral home feeling shell-shocked and uncertain. Lou and Sue were very sympathetic while being professional and down to earth.

They were with us every step of the way, and helped us make some very difficult decisions. During the week leading up to the funeral, our questions and requests were answered immediately. Not a detail was overlooked. The funeral and Mass were a beautiful tribute.

I am so grateful to Lou and Sue for making the most difficult of days tolerable and memorable.

Sadly, my husband recently passed away and I was given a high recommendation for the DiGiacomo Funeral Home. I took this recommendation and will be forever grateful I did so. All of the arrangements were spot on with what was requested; but even more than that the Funeral Home Director, Lou DiGiacomo, and his associates and staff went above and beyond with genuine kindness, professionalism and empathy to make a very difficult journey easier to endure. I would not hesitate to recommend DiGiacomo Funeral Home to anyone who may need their services.

From Rosemary McHugh:

The depth of genuine caring by Lou, Susan and their staff is the only take-away memory of my brother-in-law’s recent passing and funeral that I can recall without sadness. Miserable weather, unusual special floral requests, arranging for bagpipers - all in the week before Christmas last year - nothing was too much trouble. The best recommendation I can offer is that I have made it clear to my family that my passing is only to be handled by DiGiacomo Funeral Home, Inc.

DiGiacomo Funeral Home was extremely compassionate, professional and helpful when my Pop Pop died. Lou was extremely attentive and understood the importance of the day to all of us, especially my father. He checked in with us continuously throughout the day, made sure everyone in the immediate family felt included, and allowed us as much time as we needed to grieve and say goodbye. He was flexible when plans shifted slightly like when we decided to do a eulogy before mass and with things like making sure there were easels set up for picture boards. I cannot recommend him and DiGiacomo funeral home enough. They are truly who you want handling your family on their hardest days.
