Five of us went for dinner at Henry's and had a wonderful evening and fantastic food. It is a genuine fine-dining experience in Pottstown, with warm service and a diverse and intriguing menu. Many of the items have a clear European influence, if not obvious heritage, while others may include an Asian or Cajun spin on a classic dish. Among the dishes we enjoyed were escargot, pierogis, cabbage rolls, cod, black bass, and spicy mussels. All were outstanding!
Everything is prepared fresh, so think slow-food goodness. Forget about rushing through dinner, and enjoy your meal and your company.
A special 'thank you' to Frank for kindly allowing the culinary student who was among us to step into the kitchen and watch the master at work!

I have been here multiple times and everytime it is fantastic! I do not feel pressured or that it is stuffy. The food is always a 10/10. What I love most is his food has flavor. A big thing a lot of restaurants miss. He knows I will be back again!!

Our anniversary dinner was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything was delicious. The mussels were fabulous, and I took a chance on them as I do not normally like them. Just the perfect amount of heat with chilies and the bacon made them a standout dish.

Everything was delicious.

Celebrated my dear friends 50th birthday at Henry's last night.
The food was outstanding!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
The presentations just made your mouth water. And the taste ~ just Wow!!! So much flavor!
The 6 course meal was timed perfectly, giving us time to socialize and enjoy the festivities of the party before each was served.
I'm pretty sure everyone left with very full bellies as the portion sizes were very generous!

Grab your favorite bottle of wine or 2 and sit back and relax for a nice dinner experience. I say experience because you aren’t in and out in an hour. They give you time and space and everything is made to order. We’ve been there 3 times in the past 4 months and it’s 100% worth every dime. The food is excellent- speciality is fish and we are fish lovers. The mussels as an appetizer is fabulous. It’s a must go and dine! Enjoy.

Definitely on of the best places to eat in Pottstown. Very large portions of excellent food. Henry’s Cafe has been a staple in Pottstown for many years and never disappoints. Obviously this place is here to stay and owners care about the town.

We dined here this evening at the recommendation of friends and it was truly a pleasure. The menu was small so every item was prepared perfectly. It does remind one of Europe where you are not rushed in any way and it was a perfect combination of great food, friends, service, and ambience. Thank you Henry’s Cafe for a wonderful evening.

Amazing experience! My husband and I love a good chef's tasting menu, so when I found out about Henry's Cafe I knew we had to go. It seemed that fate smiled upon us as I saw that they offered Feast of 7 Fishes. Did not disappoint! The food was amazing, impeccably prepared and plated. The wine pairings were spot on (normally byob) and it was an unforgettable experience that we can't wait to repeat!

Frank's spicy mussels are always amazing. This is the place to go for fresh seafood. You can't get a more friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I have been here for romantic dinners and with a group of rowdy girlfriends. We always feel welcome and I have never had a bad experience. Plan to stay for a couple hours and make a night of it. This is NOT fast food! Denise, the host and server is great too!

Amazing people and food. This is a hidden gem. Must make reservations! Cash only and BYOB. There will be a wait for your food so bring a couple bottles of wine and have a nice conversation!..it is about a two hour meal. It is worth the wait! The dishes are creative and made with fresh local ingredients and are absolutely amazing! Try the mussels as an app! I can't say enough good things about this place. Check it out for yourself!

Ok. I'm reluctant to review because frankly, I don't want everyone to know how great this place is. First off, there is one chef and one waitress. Here's the phenomenon about that...If you show up once, Debbie , the hostess, no, purveyor and face of this place will remember you .Who does that? Yeah, Debbie. She's passionate about what she does. She's welcoming you into Her dining room like an old friend. This is a place to enjoy the best food, lovingly and passionately prepared by Frank , who has this innate sense of Sweet and Savory and everything comfort. Plan to spend a couple hours here, BYOB, and relax. Isn't that why we go out to a fine restaurant, to relax, have amazing and artistic food, and enjoy friends and family? Forget everything I said. I want a table...

Henry's Cafe is one of my most favorite restaurants ever. The cuisine is outrageously delicious and the staff is fun loving and courteous. It is a dining experience uncommon in our fast-paced, mass produced society. I find it to be a great way to slow down and enjoy the finer things life has to offer; fantastic food, a few good bottles, and pleasant company.

Where can you go to a "restaurant " and have a VIP dinner and have your own personal chef? This guys food is off the chain amazing. I know it sounds so cliche, but really, it is just simply amazing. Hands down, the best restaurant I have ever been to. Guy Fieri would be jealous!

As always, our dinner was amazing tonight! Henry's is a special dining experience. Very warm and friendly, and food that is out of this world! Every bite is one to savor. I highly recommend dining at Henry's!

This place is worth the drive. Don't let the size fool you... it should be small to provide the great service and food it does. The chef can be seen cooking up his deliciousness and the waitress is always so nice!
