My first time using a dry cleaning service in year. My suit was nicely pressed and ready for the event. I will recommend and will use them again

They have great customer service and they do an awesome job with your clothing. I brought a suit here with some oil stains and they were able to remove them.

Their seamstress was away. They were busy - several customers were being served. They had every reason to deny my request but they did not. I was in town for a day and my favorite hiking pants had a small tear that was spreading. A very kind lady applied a patch with a hot iron then not being contented with the result, stitched a piece of fabric over the hole with tiny sutures. Then she refused payment. This type of service is exceptional and if I could, I'd give 6 stars! Instead, I offered her a hug. What a beautiful encounter.

They were GR8 today: getting my dress uniforms good to go and ready for a PA trooper's funeral come morning. Thanks again ladies/job well done!

I visited this business for tailoring. I am paraplegic and was bringing my mother in law who has alzheimer for fittings for my daughters wedding. Evelyn was wonderful with us! She talked to my mother in law in her maternal language at taht made her feel at ease.She pushed my wheelchair and made sure my mother in law was safe. Evelyn even went above and beyond by helping her navigate everything involved with the fitting. To end the visit she took us to our car. The seamstress was also excellent and compassionate in understanding my mother in law condition and made and effort to communicate with her in her native language and also making my dress handicap friendly. The fact that my dress is going to be handicap friendly is going to let me enjoy my daughter's wedding with so much ease.Thank ladies for making this day so easy for us. You are both very kind!!

There is absolutely no reason to go any other cleaners in Berks County. The service here is fantastic, the ownership is present and attentive, they even remember my name when I visit. You will not regret doing business with them!

Did a great job on our king sized comforter. Got all of the animal hair out the stains. Even packed in a nice sealed zippered plastic bag for pick up.

I took an older hunting jacket to these folks. Needed zippers and work. Very impressed. Ready when they said and a quality job. Will definitely be back
