This store has AMAZING customer service! The ladies were super helpful when I came in to get my 6 month ring inspection. I was also looking for a wedding band & they offered a lot of advice for the best looking band with my diamond. I’m always so happy going into the Altoona Store!!

I absolutely love this store, they take their time and help me with exactly what I need and want, no rush what so ever. I had a ring that could not be fixed and needed to be replaced with something else and they helped me get exactly what I wanted ( I’m a bit of a pain to please ).
