ASA Insurance

Worked with Clay to get auto and home insurance. We ended up only buying auto b/c of price. he was super helpful the entire time, answered a ton of questions, and was fully upfront and honest about what the policy covered and what we needed to do. Very happy with ASA and we'll be coming back when we need to update our policies in the future!

With insurance rates increasing, ASA really took the time to find the best rate and the best coverage for my needs. I worked directly with Honney and was extremely please with her customer service and response time to all of my question. Her knowledge and respect she showed me throughout the full claim process was amazing. ASA Insurance has been nothing but good to me and I have never had an insurance company that has supported me like they do. For anyone looking for a great company I highly recommend ASA.I truly cannot say enough great things about this company and Honney. Overall I definitely give them a 5 star rating.

I have been using ASA for many, many years. They are always so knowledgeable about what discounts and other creative things I can qualify for or do to help my rates.

I have also used them for the last two home purchases and they have been no-nonsense and helped understand the processes and getting me in touch with a loan officer who could help me, even after some credit issues.

I am very happy with the service they gave me for 3 years I was paying high costs in the Azeguranza of my car until a friend recommended me with ASA Insurance, not only did they take the time to look for an Azeguranza but they gave me one that paid half of what I paid previously, all the staff is very friendly and Roberth was very patient when explaining every detail of my new Azeguranza.

I've had a policy with Progressive Insurance that I purchased through ASA for about three years now and it's been completely seamless. Their service was excellent when I first purchased the policy and they've been there ever since to answer my questions and concerns. I truly believe that they've worked hard to get me the best rate and services. Working with ASA for the last three years has been like working with a close friend!

I have had my insurance with ASA since 2008. Since then many of my friends and family have switched their insurance to ASA as well. The staff has always been able to find great rates for us while providing great customer service. As I have had questions or concerns they have always been quick to respond and very helpful. Great customer service. I being using their services and working with Sisco about 3 years ago. My basement recently flooded, I called and worked with them. They were able to recommend a company to help with clean up. It was an amazing experience. I love working with Grecia, she really cares and makes sure everything is done. I didn't have to really do anything when I made my claim, they handled everything.

Ask for Sisco if you are planning on getting insurance for your house. He was friendly, helpful, and took time explaining complicated details to me. It's rare to find top-notch customer service from insurance companies and ASA is one of the very few.

Working with ASA has been a completely different experience than working with any other insurance entity. From day 1, they have been there for me through every question, concern, and/or issue, though none of the issues have been with ASA. I have changed insurance carriers 3 times within a year and a half due to life changes, marriage, new vehicle, etc. [ASA always finding me the lowest rate] and every time I've called, they have answered with a happy voice and helping hands regardless. It really has been the best experience hoped for when dealing with any type of service based company. I would recommend to all my friends and family because they treat you just like friends and family.

Thank you ASA for saving me $1,000 per year on our auto insurance! After my son turned 16, we added him to our previous policy. Unfortunately he was in a little fender bender 2 months later and our rates went through the roof! We tried contacting our previous agent to try to negotiate better pricing and they weren't able to reduce the rates. I contacted ASA insurance and asked them to shop around for me. They were very accommodating and within a few hours we had a reasonable quote. Better coverage, better pricing. Win, Win!
