I will be a return customer. Recently I had a situation where the shut off valves in my rec room ceiling were behaving more like faucets! Within minutes of sending a request I was contacted and shortly after that a scheduling coordinator had me booked within 24 hours. The technician was prompt, experienced and friendly. He explained what was needed, offered choices and provided a quote. Within minutes he was resolving my issue and checked out other valves to make sure they were properly functional -and they were. Service is 100% prompt, friendly, and excellent quality and value. We will contact again for our next need

We had The Longacre Company complete a kitchen remodel for us. Our kitchen has not changed sine we moved in to our house in 1999. We worked with Darin to design our new kitchen, he was very helpful walking us through the process. Once the work started all of the employees who worked on our kitchen were very professional and always made sure thing were exactly as we wanted it to be. The finished product is amazing! Bill, the service technician, was very thorough and patient fixing my HVAC issue. I've also used Longacre for plumbing and electrical issues, and I think that they are excellent in these areas as well. I've been using this Company for 25 years and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about them!! Great value for your money!!

We have had this company do so many of our projects for many years, recently was a new heater air-condition unit put it, super nice employees as usual, did a great job, explained what they did, cleaned up beautifully after. We had a small glitch after a few days, another super nice gentleman, came over right away, fixed the problem quickly. Thank you to all for a good job done.

We have been using Longacre for hvac and plumbing for about 9 years for yearly maintenance. Also they replaced our old heat pump last year. And have repaired broken water pipes in the dead of winter with excellent response time. We expect the new ownership to continue this trend of excellence into the future.

We unexpectedly lost heat due our 8 yr old propane heater burning out. We had been with another company in the area that we had become dissatisfied with, and when we reached out to Longacre, they were happy to get us on their schedule asap by prioritizing the need, and servicing their regular customers. When the serviceman came (a very polite and well trained young man named Ben), he assessed the situation quickly, and was very clear and concise about our options. He and Cody (in the office), made sure the warrantied parts were here as soon as possible, and sent a crew out as soon as the part arrived (I believe it was two days). We are now going to be a regular customer with Longacre.

Rick (Plumber) was professional, knowledgeable and did the job right the first time. He verified the job was done to my liking and I appreciate everything he did.

Our Fujitsu minisplit was not working properly, making a very loud noise. Ben was our technician who came to our home & diagnosed the problem. We received a price quote in a few days, the parts were ordered & Ben came back to do the repair. He was both professional & friendly. We had been dealing with another local HVAC company who we purchased the equipment from. Longacre was like a breath of fresh air, from Mike who answers the phone to our tech Ben, making us feel like we mattered! I highly recommend Longacre for service!

The service technician was excellent and quickly identified the source of the problem. The management team of Eric and Chris found the item needed to be replaced to still be under warranty and have the manufacturer sending the part ASAP.

Well the part arrived and the extremely knowledgable technician Tony installed it and it is working tremendously. Tony knew the product inside and out, was very respectful of my property and completed the task in the estimated time. He was one of the best technicians I have ever seen. Excellent experience with Justin who quickly diagnosed the underlying issue with my kitchen sink leak. Over the last year and a half another company came out 5x to fix this problem, never successful. Justin was able to make the repair that should have been done long ago! Great attitude too! Thank you!

Our ac went out on a seriously hot Sunday. This is the company that came to our rescue! They’re our ac first call now. Very satisfied and happy.

Bad weather caused our electric service line to detach from the house. I called Longacre at 7:30 am and they had a senior electrician here by 8:00 am to evaluate the situation. He went back to the shop to retrieve some materials and he returned along with another electrician in a lift truck. Within 2 hours our service line was reattached, and during this process the electrician collaborated with the MetEd crew that was nearby to cut the power temporarily to our house so that the Longacre guys could work safely. These guys are knowledgable and very experienced, and they actually improved the support cable so that there would be more slack in the line so that future wind and falling tree branches are less likely to cause this same problem again. We have used Longacre for many years, and the electricians and plumbers know us and they know our house and its systems intimately. They are very good at what they do, and they respond quickly when there is a problem.

Tony B came and helped with an AC unit leaking water. He was able to fix it easily and communicated clearly the issue and what he was doing to resolve it. Highly recommend!

Longacre is always there when we need them. Scheduling is easy and messages are always returned promptly. The guys are great and take care of anything that comes up with no complaints!!

The service tech was committed to getting my air conditioning working. He worked long extra hours so that I could have cool air during this heat wave.
