Samsung products have all broken at least once. Service was meh. Whatever you do, DO NOT buy an extended warranty through them and their third party. Horrible, horrible, horrible. If I could do it all over again, I would have bought from a local appliance company and just paid the extra money.

I would give zero stars if possibly was supposed to be getting a washer and dryer delivered today and after waiting all day call to find out what was going on they said they were at the house and no one was home and that they called the number
They also allegedly took a picture of our house which is definitely not our home and we also never received any phone calls now I need to wait four days to do laundry or go to a laundromat take my advice buy appliances somewhere else these people are clueless
