COACH Outlet

Went to so many stores looking for an item, decided to give this place a call as it was the closest coach outlet to my state. Had a great conversation with Tanya she helped me with ordering exactly what I needed. Great customer service, and definitely will be coming back if I need anything else!

I come here twice a year to buy a summer and winter purse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff doesn’t pester me they let me browse in peace. I’ve never had a problem at this location. Fast check out too. Heading back tomorrow to buy a winter purse 👜

Coach outlet store itself was great, but it is currently the only store open in the complex.

Penns Purchase (across from Peddlers Village) is basically shut down the exception being Coach and Villagio (a yummy Italian restaurant). The Coach store never fails, always clean, well stocked with a helpful staff. All products here are reduced as this is a factory outlet. And if you go during your birthday month, and sign up, you'll get an extra 10% off.

Staff very pleasant and they have women and men's items. Nice variety for the size of the store.

The associate at this store helped me find another store that had what I was looking for after 2 others said they couldn't and wouldn't let me pay over the phone. Very helpful of this store!

Ethel is amazing and very helpful I had a problem with an order I placed online and she made sure to save a pair of shoes in my size since I had to return the pair I had and then I had to go back 2 weeks later for a belt I placed online and I never received and she was on POINT I tell u the woman put a smile on my face it was well worth the trip!!

Coach outlet prices are awesome! I wish I would’ve known about the sooner. They offer A great selection at affordable pricing and great sales. The staff was friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this store.
