Lynn, who assisted me throughout the process, provided exceptional guidance and ensured all my questions were promptly addressed. Her knowledge and attention to detail made choosing the right flooring an extremely easy job.

The installation teams were equally impressive. Robert, who handled the vinyl flooring installation, demonstrated expertise and efficiency. The vinyl flooring looks impeccable, and I am thoroughly pleased with the result. Additionally, Orlando, who installed the carpet, did an outstanding job. His precision and dedication to ensuring a perfect finish were evident in every detail.

Great experience at Carpet Mart to get carpet for a lower level finished space in my home. Texted my salesman Tom Snively to get his schedule, stopped in on a Friday to pick carpet and pay. Installation done the following Monday-Tuesday. The installer Hashem Madanat and his crew did a great job!

We decided to get vinyl flooring in our living room. The situation was a little time sensitive but Tracy was such a great help to us!! He was very knowledgeable on the flooring and what our needs were. After our flooring was installed, we went back the next day to pick an area rug and, again, Tracy was incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this location and help from him!

Deb is a pleasure to work with at the store. Remodeling the bathroom and picked up the tiles today. Can’t wait to see it finished!

Had the most amazing experience this morning at Lomax Carpet and Tile Mart of Reading. They really rolled out the red carpet for educators. This generous staff provided free rugs to educators and the variety/selection was incredible. The staff was so friendly while helping us select our rugs, wrapping them up, and loading them into our cars. I want to share the best experience I just had here! A lovely lady by the name of Deborah M. assisted me with picking out an area rug for my living room. She was very knowledgeable and helped me stay within my budget. She made me feel at ease and most of all at home. I went back and forth between many rugs and she was just so patient with me when it came to my needs. I thank her tremendously for all her help!

I've been buying from this place for more than a decade and the service is always stellar and the quality of the products are perfect. All of that is on top of the affordable pricing. I'll always come here first for flooring and even area rugs. It's a great place.

My wife and I picked out and purchased new carpet for our master bedroom and stairs. Lynn Heck was epic at helping us find the right fit for our home! The install was quick and the team at Roldan Flooring was very professional and gave us a quality installation!

There was one issue on the manufacturer’s part that delayed the install of carpet in one of the bedrooms, but overall we are very satisfied with the end results and will recommend Carpet Mart to our friends & family!

My wife can’t express her thankfulness with the free rug giveaway to teachers last week from Carpet Mart! She received a 12’X11’ black Starlight marble Berber rug for free! Great promotion for teachers to get great quality rugs for their classrooms! They do this every year. Tell your teacher friends about it for next year!

Just would like to say that Carpet Mart did an amazing job with the price and installation. Everything was a 5 star experience from dealing with Lynn at the store to get our carpet picked out and Hashem doing the installation in a very timely and professional manor. Everything looked great in the end.

Always very friendly service. Shout out to Lynn who went above and beyond! We stopped in to pick up our tile that was ordered. The store was closing and she was walking out the door, then went back inside to get our order!! Very very much appreciated!!

I've had them do work for me before, phenomenal. I've got 3 more bedrooms, a hallway & stairs in having them do. This visit was with my bestie to pick the color for his lívingroom & what's now going to be his dining room. It was just don't the other day and his landing and steps upstairs. Absolutely gorgeous! I picked a beautiful color 🙃😏 may actually use that for a portion of mine! I purchased around 2,300 sq ft worth of hardwood flooring back in April 2022. I am just now getting around to leaving a review. With such a large purchase, all of the staff were very helpful! From picking out flooring, ordering, financing, pick up of materials and even help loading the flooring into a truck we rented. We installed the flooring ourselves. This team has made this experience so pleasant. I want to thank everyone from Carpet and Tile mart for your great customer service!

There was a small issue with my order that was outside of their control and carpet mart (Jamie specifically) went above and beyond to help me out and fix this issue. The customer service I've received is excellent. Highly recommend the Reading office for all your flooring needs.

Dutch finally left and Lynn Heck took over. She is one of the most amazing women I’ve met. So helpful and so reliable. She helped us with two rooms in our home that now look like rooms that should be in a showcase. She’s coming this weekend to do a tile estimate which we are very much looking forward to. This is a very good place to go if you want flooring done the right way.
