May 10th had Technician DB come out and replace timer and knob on my GE dryer ( which we purchased from Kaspers approximately 5 yrs ago. ) DB was on time and very courteous, problem solved!!! All communication with Kaspers was great!! Local business which is a big plus

Sales staff in store very friendly and accommodating! Delivery team even better with the installation of our dishwasher. Our previous hose extension did not fit our new dishwasher and the two men in charge of delivery/installation found a way to connect the new hose to our sink without the extension or need to purchase new parts. Took the time to explain to us how our dishwasher works and were super kind! Highly recommend.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Kasper’s for their quick response and professional service. Our oven was not working and they sent their repairman (Rick) out in a timely manner and he diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered and Rick came back and installed it. Oven works great and the price for repair was much less than having to purchase a new one. Thank you!

Recently had our refrigerator repaired with a bunch of issues going on, they were great about communication, the tech knew what he was doing and the staff helped us get some of the costs covered by the manufacturer to have us back up and running. Very impressed.

Rick came to repair our dryer. He arrived at the time he said and was friendly and professional. Problem was fixed in 45 minutes with no mess left behind. Thank you for great service!

Had to have washer repaired.had another company come to do the warranty repair but they did not fix it.so the guys from kasper came out told me they would order the parts .the parts came in they came back and fixed to be honest I think it works better now then it ever did.if you are in need for appliance repair they are the ones to call.very professional and explain everything

First time customer at Kaspers. Showed up on time. Two delivery guys, Chris and Roddy, were great. We have a tight driveway for a delivery truck and they made sure one got out and directed the other as not to hit any of our vehicles. Very pleasant and polite and were very complimentary of their employer. "They treat us really well. We're treated like family". I'll never buy appliances from a big box store again.

We called Monday, 11/7/22 to schedule repairs on our washing machine. We gave them some details about what was going on with the machine. They were going to schedule the next day but my husband works in Philly and wouldn't be available. They scheduled for Wednesday, 11/9/22 at 8:30AM. The tech called the night before to confirm. He showed up ON TIME, came prepared with the parts that might be needed off of us telling them what the washer was doing. He was in, washer repaired and out in under 30 minutes. Excellent service. I work for a major water and fire restoration company and would feel very comfortable referring Kasper's to our customers.

It's always a joy to write a review with five stars. This was my first experience with Kasper's purchasing a refrigerator, range and dishwasher. I worked with Nathan and he was great throughout the entire process from order placement to delivery. Nathan and the entire staff I spoke with were always pleasant to talk to regarding communicating order status, changes in delivery dates, etc. The delivery and setup were impressive. They did an incredible job moving the old refrigerator out and bringing in the new one. Leveling the doors and providing a quick review of functions was a relief. Excellent job - they will have my future business and I will share my positive experience with friends!

This is now the 2nd time I use them(1st time for my dryer and 2nd time for my stove) and both times they responded to my service request quickly, had someone out to me within a day, techs are professional and efficiently resolved the issue for a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again!

Outstanding service!! Kasper is a local company w/ outstanding customer service. I visited them Tuesday of this week, needed a Washing Machine, existing washer was not functioning. 2 days later the new washing machine is installed and working, most awesome. Plus, there prices are most competitive - Go to Kasper - the best of the best. Plus they service w/ in house technicians - a win win win

I really really like Kasper, been around for decades, they have excellent brands to choose from, they're knowledgeable of the brands that they sell and truthful for what will be best for you, and not just to sell you the most expensive brand. The staff most excellent, they are about the customer, they know what they sell they service what they sell they deliver what they sell. Their delivery team are very helpful with set-up, explain the equipment you purchased and show you how it works. They are very respectful of your home when delivering your purchase. And this is a bonus having them deliver what they sell, not like the big retailers that are just there to make a sale and then subcontract a bunch of Ding Dongs to deliver your Appliance. I've had family and friends who had bad experiences with these big retailers, never had a problem with Kasper TV & Appliance, and personally I much rather support the mom and pop shops.

They didn't have what we were looking for, but they did every thing they could, offered suggestions, and were nice. We will definitely shop here again in the future.
Edit: We came back here and bought an oven and microwave last summer. Great products, great install, and continued great customer service.

I like to support the small businesses in my area. Just bought a washer and dryer, the price was good. The 2 gentleman that delivered them were very nice and knowledgeable.

Amazing customer service! Needed to replace special size refrigerator in tight quarters of Victorian home....delivery staff went above and beyond accommodating my needs! They were courteous of my property, personable and professional. My entire experience from initial sale to delivery was awesome! I highly recommend Kasper TV and Appliance!

Have bought a TV and washing machine here. Pleased with both. Customer service is great. Store staff and delivery/installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are very competitive. Mixed with their great customer service buying from them is the way to go.
