This honestly was one of the most pleasant visits I've ever had to make to any company the sales man austin was extremely helpful and everyone there was very friendly. Austin my salesman was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He definitely went above and beyond with my situation with my car I traded in had my ex on the title and he basically did all the contacting with the ex and met up with him so he could sign the car over. I will definitely recommend Austin to everyone I know who's looking for a new car. Scott my financial guy was awesome also. I had a very pleasant visit!

Will in service is phenomenal! I called with an issue and he was able to get me in the same afternoon. They had me in and out in no time and my car is running perfect. This was my first experience with Bowser but they have definitely earned a customer. Great job!!!

This dealership is great!! When I got my car, there had been issues with getting the title since I was out of state, but the staff here knew I didn’t have a vehicle at the time and made it work so I could take my car home! Through the whole experience, the communication was outstanding and I can’t thank them enough! Special shout outs to Dylan and Chance (I believe that was his name,) you guys rock!! If you’re looking for a new or used car, you won’t be disappointed if you decide to shop here!

Took my car in for inspection. Appointment was made via phone and had no issue getting one. Check in process was a breeze and the Customer Service Associate was super helpful and keeping me updated throughout. Overall wait time was 2 hours which is quite reasonable especially the waiting room is super comfortable with plenty of drinks/coffee and snacks. Highly recommended!

Ed Casciato and Chance Saeler were absolutely wonderful to work with in all regards: fully knowledgeable, great communications, complete transparency and integrity, great listeners. And I can be a tough critic, I used to work in the industry and I have really high expectations of customer service. I was a one-time out-of-state buyer they likely would never see again, and they were amazing professionals and really courteous.

Simply put....the experience was wonderful because of the young man up front who scheduled my appointment and maintained communication throughout the entire process.
He was dynamic and loved what he was doing...no denying it.
It made the appointment a positive experience and I felt that he was truly invested in me as a customer.
I will return because I was immediately greeted, received the services I requested and was able to pickup my vehicle within the time frame discussed.

Bowser Chevy in Chippewa is a great place for servicing any car. I have 2 Nissan’s and they do great quality work for my wife and I. The garage is clean and they clearly communicate work being done and any recommended services. There is a waiting area and they have internet so I can get work done while waiting. I highly recommend this location for servicing your car.

Easiest vehicle purchase I ever made. Easily came to agreement on a fair price. Staff was friendly and very well organized. Everything about the buying process worked like a well oiled machine. I was in and out of the dealership, with all paperwork completed in about an hour. It was worth the three and a half hour drive to get my vehicle which I purchased via the Internet. Chance and his crew are the best!

I always bring my car here for service. Always good work done and costs are more than fair ! Staff here are so friendly and attentive! Recommend this place 100%!
