My sister ordered food via phone and I just needed to pick it up from their store. Right after their conversation, I immediately went out to claim our orders. I was so amazed that everything was ready in no time as I reached their place. Their foods are delicious!

I have been here many times already , I love the food , shrimp pad Thai noodles is my favorite, sushi rolls are fresh, very entertaining, will be back next time

Yes we are back , we enjoyed to Top Shelf sakis. Spicy Hawaiian Seafood for dinner nathaniel ,had the udon noodles . And then we finished with an egg roll more sake .

Just an old couple out on a date. For date night. Yes grandparents too. Plus us older people still got it but even better. We ordered a lot of everything n yes a bar too. The food here takes your taste buds on a rollercoaster. It's amazing. Real should try this place out.

We really enjoyed our take out order. It was delicious! I noticed their nice open seating area while I was picking up the food. We look forward to trying their sushi next!

Great varied menu, nice staff, comfy atmosphere. So much to choose from I'm glad I read the menu before I went there. Large portions too. I loved the crispy Thai spring rolls and Gai satay plus chicken with mango, asparagus and peppers. I will be back!!! Thanks

Hey this is Mike I live in Exeter township, been ordering from China Penn for 15 years now... Mostly sushi, every now and again Japanese food.... Let's put it this way I am not had a bad piece of sushi in that time.... Kevin the owner awesome individual. As for any of the other employees have not had a single problem with one as for one is my neighbor in Exeter .....HiGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Service is always good here. Really like the atmosphere for dinner. Has become a regular spot for us.

I live nearby and often order from here. The food this time was so good I had to write a review. Incredibly fresh and tasty, everything was perfect. The egg roll was flakey and crunchy, the chicken was just the right amount of spicy, the broccoli was not overcooked, and nothing was overwhelmingly salty.

So far this is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area, and they have great sushi too. They are a very busy restaurant with lots of to go and delivery orders. So just realize service will not be instant, but it will be courteous and helpful. Thr staff is super nice here. Everything looks very clean inside and I've never had an issue with accuracy or temp on my orders, it's all been hot and delicious. 🥡🥠

Took my 10 year old daughter here for some sushi. The hostess was engaging with my daughter, which was very nice. Sushi was made to order and we watched it being made at the sushi bar. It also has a wet bar that looks very comfortable! Everything fresh and tasty! Great place to eat-in!!

Ordering from here is amazing, the food is always great. I've never once had an issue. A wonderful place to order from for lunch or dinner. I've been eating from here for years, and every meal I have has been perfect.

Days ago we ordered from somewhere else & hated it. We then ordered from China Penn. The food smelled great in the car on the way home. You could tell by the color of the food it was very fresh.

For carryout to our home, we have learned our lesson & will only order from this place from now on.

Your restaurant is by far the best Chinese food that I've had outside of New York City, many of the plates having a more gourmet flavor and presentation to them than the average Chinese restaurant, and the portions are terrific. Since I moved to the West Coast 2 years ago, I've missed you!

Their shrimp egg foo yung is the best and only $7.95, although the price does vary up to 9.95 depending on the waiter because it is not on the extensive menu. My dinner mates entrees (shrimp lomain and seasme chicken) were also excellent and reasonably priced.
Nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Maybe even a little romantic. The dining room is never crowded because they do a very brisk take-out business. Both a sushi bar and a separate alcohol bar. This is a traditional Chinese restaurant that there were more of before those pick-up only Chinese joints sprung up on just about every other corner in the city and every strip mall in the burbs. Also, a nice reprieve from those busy & noisey Chinese buffets where one ends up eating too much and where there is never SEFY on the steam table!

You get a lot of food and it all was delicious. My aunt, sister and I had the Haibachi seafood fried rice. Shrimp, scallops, crab and fried rice. Stop in and try some, clean and pleasant atmosphere.
