My oven decided not to work close to the holidays. My husband and I shopped around and by far Maiden Creek has the nicest and most knowledgeable staff. We got a great deal on the stove we wanted. The deliver/installation guys were absolutely fabulous! Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely be getting our future appliances here.

I just got my appliances installed this morning and Vic and Justin are the best!!!!! Neat, nice guys and they make a great team!!!!! Everything looks great now in the kitchen. Prices were in line with the BIG box stores as well. Thanks Cathy and team!!!!!

Vic was very nice in helping us get a new dryer. He was low pressure. We were lucky too as the Spring Sale just started that day. The workers who came to install it knew what they were doing and did it in professional manner.They work for Maidencreek, not any of this 2nd hand delivery.Would definitely recommend to others..

I cannot say enough about these people and this company. When we began building our home we searched all over to find exactly what we wanted. Brandon walked us through many options and gave us all the details we needed to make our choices. If you are looking for appliances you must stop here and talk to the wonderful sales staff. Great service, awesome installation and excellent prices. 5+ stars to these folks!

We bought a in wall air conditioner they cam and installed it and framed it out, it looks great and works great. Very nice and courteous people.

Wisdom does come with age. Stop wasting your time chasing deals at Home Depot and Lowe’s. You only get burned. Poor customer service, terrible repairs from hacks. We will never buy another appliance from anybody but here. Excellent customer service, they are there when they say they are going to be there. If you do need service, it is from an in-house professional, not a subcontractor. Interestingly, you will not find some brands here. Reason? Because those particular brands are terrible for the appliance you are buying. In other words, they only sell appliances that they have experience with, and are known to perform well. What a concept.

Great place and excellent sales associate (Brandon). Did our research with two other merchants. We felt so confortable with maidencreek we returned and bought our washer there. BTW...best price too.

They carry lots of brands, and are knowledgeable about what they sell. The salespeople listen to you and ask questions to help you find the right product. There's no hard sell,

There's plenty of selection to fit most budgets.

Their service department is top notch. The technicians that have come to my home have been on time, courteous, and know what they are doing.

Maidencreek's delivery service is also excellent. When we got our fridge, I realized that I forgot to measure the internal doorways to insure it would fit. The team quickly took the door handles off - problem solved! There was a small charge for the extra work which I happily paid because it was my error. They will also remove your old appliance for a minimal fee.

Today I needed a new washing machine because my 18 year old machine (also a Maidencreek purchase) could not be repaired. We were greeted as we came in, and the receptionist called for a salesperson to assist us. Kara knew the products, told us about features, and helped us find one that fits our needs and budget. And the bonus was that it was on sale. We were in and out quickly, and are very satisfied with our experience.

It is nice to find a small business that stands behind their commitment to their customers. A switch broke on a dryer my mother purchased from this business after only about 18 months. But the owner personally took the time to help and was able to get the manufacturer to replace the dryer even though it was out of warranty. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help a customer!

I needed to replace my old Maytag front loading washer. My parents always bought their appliances from Maidencreek and I have also purchased a couple of items as well. So it was a no brainer to continue the tradition. I went on line to check out what Maidencreek's selection in Maytag washers consisted of. I was looking for a specific size due to the limited area in my laundry area. I was also looking for a top loading, with agitator, and with knob controls. I did not want a washer with bells and whistles and not front loading. I found one on their web site and the following week, went into their store and was greeted by a very nice young man named Brandon. I told Brandon which model I was interested in and Brandon directed me to the exact desired model they just happened to have on the floor. With my tape measure in hand, I measured the washer and the measurements were spot on. Brandon checked to confirm they had one in their warehouse and the sale was a done deal. A week later, my washer arrived at my home. The two young men could not have been anymore professional. They were very polite, friendly, very considerate in the removal of my old washer, placing the new washer in the tight space in my laundry area, the installation of the washer to the plumbing and running a short cycle to make sure we were good to go. All of my questions were answered without any hesitation. I highly recommend Maidencreek Appliance. From start to finish, they are A-One. As far as service goes, I have not had to have any of the items I bought from Maidencreek serviced. I do know when my parents needed service on their washer or dryer, they did not have any complaints. Thank you and bless you Brandon and the young men who handled the delivery.

Recently stopped in to purchase a new washer and dryer for our new home. Our sales rep, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend the perfect set to match our needs. He was friendly, thorough, and professional during our encounter and could answer any question we asked him regarding our purchase. The staff at Maidencreek has always been a pleasure to do business with and I've been going to them for all my in home appliance needs for the last 7-8 years. All of the products I have purchased from them are still working and in good condition, a true testament to the commitment they have in selling quality goods, unlike the cheaper made appliances you tend to find at big box stores. I would highly recommend Maidencreek to anyone looking for appliances and I would once again like to thank Brandon for how well he treated my wife and I. The world needs more professionals like him who really know everything about the products they sell. He even informed us about a rebate to help us save even more money.

Stopped by today to see about a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to answer my questions (I'm an engineer. I ask a lot of detailed questions.)

They are a little more expensive than your big box store but they also include more of the installation in their price than a big box store, and they service what they sell. No dealing with mega corp.'s, in my experience, less than stellar customer service. All said and done, I think the price difference worked out to be well under $100 total for both units. Well worth it to deal with a local guy in my book.

I just finished a complete Kitchen Remodel,I purchased all my Appliances From Maidencreek and Branden was my salesman,I had the best experience,I could have asked for,with my schedule for installation Changing several times ,The communication was excellent,Even after three Diswashers came in damaged to the Day of Install when the Tech noticed grease from the pump seal ,leaking,Maidencreek brought out a fourth Dishwasher to my House,I would definitely recommend Maidencreek for your Appliance needs

I have always had great services from Maiden Creek appliance. The staff has always been very helpful and they make good if there are any issues and make it painless. Prices seemed to be a little higher than big box stores, but I have been able to work a little better deals and add warranty to offset the price a little closer.

I only have the best things to say about Maidencreek TV and Appliance and the employees. I ended up here last when I should of came here first and I ended up here because how bad Lowe's and their delivery service XPO screwed us over but you can read that review and other ones similar on right here on Google. So we talked on the phone first and we came right over and found the exact same fridge we bought at Lowe's which they never showed up to deliver as promised, anyway Maidencreek tv and Appliance matched the price to the other stores and the same as taking away my old fridge. The Kathy our salesperson was absolutely awesome, not pushy but very helpful and friendly, extremely knowledgeable answering all our questions and than some. It would of taken us 15 or 20 minutes tops for the entire transaction if we didn't chat, but for once it was a pleasure speaking with Kathy and everyone that worked there. Unlike other places. They have a great quality of affordable products as well as having the very top of the line high end products. The financing was definitely affordable too. Plus I've never had anyone be so kind as to offer my wife and I a loaner fridge free of charge until our new one arrives at no charge. That is how you take care of your customers. Everyone is amazing. We bought the fridge today (7.14.20) and is scheduled for delivery Friday morning first thing and will install as well and take our piece of junk Samsung that broke in a few years. We couldn't be more pleased and I'll update the review after delivery Friday. Ok, first thing Friday morning at 8am we were called and given a window between 8:30am and 9:00am. A 30 minute window and they were here in that exact time frame. You don't get any better than that. They were here about 8:35 with our new fridge. They looked it over with us to make sure all was good and it was. They removed our garbage Samsung fridge and installed the new one. Everything was perfect. The delivery guys were awesome and went through everything just to make sure all our questions were answered. They were very professional and friendly and took pride in their work. Something I really respect. Maidencreek TV and Appliance is a 10 STAR business. I'll never go anywhere else for another appliance. Thank you very much to Kathy, the delivery guys, and everyone at Maidencreek TV and Appliance for a superb job well done, going above and beyond for us. You all are definitely top notch in every aspect. So for your next appliance please go there, they won't disappoint.

We buy all of our appliances at Maidencreek and have always been happy with the various purchases. Even better, the service after the sale is outstanding. Today, Michael Yarish repaired our freezer for a broken ice maker and door handle (our refrigerator/freezer is probably our oldest appliance dating to the 1990s). We couldn't be there so my 85-year old father let Michael in to do the repairs. Michael called us 3 times to update us on every step of the repairs and let us know when he was finished. Maidencreek TV and Appliance is truly a full-service store. Great job!

I also ordered a part for an oven. They made it very clear to me that once opened, the part was not returnable. I spoke with a very helpful technician who advised me of the possible issues as I was concerned about safety as well. I chose to go ahead and order the part at my own risk. People who complain about these policies do so because they are trying to bully the business into giving them refunds. They conveniently "forget" what was told to them about the policy. They should be happy someone will special order and sell them the part so they can try to save money on repairs and avoid purchasing all new equipment. Sometimes it doesn't work out. Be an adult and deal with it without leaving babyish 1 star reviews.
