Jonathan was excellent! The easiest vehicle purchase we have had in a very long time. He did a lot of leg work to make sure we the best all around deal to fit our needs. McElwain is where we will be buying vehicles when we are in the market again. This was a no hassle purchase. Vehicle was delivered to us clean and ready to go and everything was explained to us very well by Jonathan. Thank you again.

So thankful for everyone who helped in the purchase of my suv! Justin is an amazing salesman. He made the test drive very comfortable, he answered all my questions, and if he didn't know, he immediately would look it up, and was all around a genuine person. He didn't put pressure on me to pick a vehicle that day (which I did!). Big shout out to Mrs. McElwain for also coming to check on the car buying process! She gave us a competitive price that we couldn't pass!! In addition, they delivered the car to my house, which was incredibly helpful as I have a newborn!! I called looking for a specific model/trim and to see if any were on the lot, I was connected with Joe who let me know when the vehicle would be arriving and he went over some options that I had in the meantime. On the day of the delivery I received a call from Joe checking in to see if I was still in the market and to let me the vehicle was arriving that day. He also gave me a call later that day to confirm the vehicle was now there. I went in and met up with Joe who was just amazing. He was very honest and open every step of the way and I could not believe how easy the process was with him. My stepfather, who was a well-known area race car driver, always claimed, "McElwain's has very good, reputable mechanics." In recent weeks, I experienced this first-hand, as they stood by their work to replace a flex pipe on my vehicle. Replacing the flex pipe resulted in my idiot light coming on due to an overly sensitive oxygen sensor, so they replaced the sensor with a genuine Honda part, and included labor for doing so, both FREE of charge. Now, this is the way to do business! I, as well as many of my extended family members, are return customers for excellent customer service, such as this. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience leasing a Silverado at McElwain Chevy. Darin Sharek was an awesome sales rep to work with and will surely recommend this dealership to friends and family and will surely be back in a few years when my leases are ready to trade in!

I had a very good car buying experience with Darin S. He was very responsive to my messages; in fact, much of the communication was handled via text, limiting the amount of time I actually needed to spend at the dealership. Tammy in Finance was also very helpful and pleasant to work with.

McElwain is great. From the time I got my car with the help of Jon Bobanick. I could not have asked for a nicer salesman. He worked until he found me the right car for me. The lady in finance and now the service department. All have treated me great. Some times going into a dealership your not sure how you will be treated. I found I did not have to worry about that. Everyone one was friendly and I was treated great. I will go back for my next vehicle.

Very friendly staff and they are easy to work with. The staff will make every attempt to accommodate people with busy schedules like mine. I live about an hour away from them, but it was well worth the drive. The even said if my vehicle ever needed service, they would come pick it up in Pittsburgh, and return when it was finished.

My salesman (Darin) was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t need to haggle to get a deal I would be happy with.

I highly recommend McElwain dealership! I purchased a Chevy Traverse from them yesterday and I couldn't be more satisfied with my whole experience. John from sales truly went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. He answered every single question I had right away from the time I inquired till I had driven off the lot. John is very knowledgeable and extremely patient. I never felt rushed, he took his time to explain everything from discounts to showing me hands on all the gadgets and features my Traverse came equipped with. McElwain's is actually over an hour drive from my home, but I would make the drive 10 times over because the outstanding customer service the dealership as a whole provides is well worth it.
After my experience with them I will never go to another dealership again.

Darin was exceptional. He gave us numbers promptly on every truck we were interested in, even brought them up and had them ready for test drives before we got to the dealership. Easiest process ever!! My husband is super happy with his new truck.

Very accommodative of my busy schedule!!! Excellent and had every thing I wanted and needed done by the time I showed up to the dealership got every signed and done and I was in and out so I had time to go get my daughter from school. 10/10 recommended!

Going into McElwain's is walking into the Country Club of automotive dealerships and experience. I was met by the owner at the door upon arrival. I was in a very bad spot with a competitors brand, Wagoneer, and a multitude of issues that were not getting addressed. I travel and spend 90% of my time in my SUV, it's my office on wheels so it is of the utmost importance. The ownership, salesmen, and finance team were WORLD CLASS, 2nd to none! They met every expectation I could of dreamed of and were able to get me out of a bad situation.

Love this family owned and operated business! They’re a cornerstone in our community! Their quick lube is easy to schedule with. It’s comfortable to sit and wait and they get everything done quickly. Quality folks providing quality service. Thank you!
