AT&T Store

The staff here is honest. They informed me of ALL my options and I ended up buying a phone directly from Samsung and going with the auto-pay prepay plan which saved literally over $1000 over three years.

The Verizon store tried pushing me toward their most expensive plan and subpar phone.

Not to mention AT&T seems to have a much better network. So glad I switched!

Felicia is a great ATT rep. She is very helpful , very polite and ensures customers satisfaction. She takes time helping multiple customers within the store, while still providing exemplary customer experience to one customer at time.

Matt, at the kittanning Pa location was awesome! Very knowledgeable, kind, explained everything very well. Got me some amazing deals and saved me money. Highly recommend them. No matter what location I’ve visited I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences.

Felicia is very good. She helped me get everything transferred over to my new phone. It didn’t take long at all!

I had 7 min until the store closed. I called and asked if they could stay item while I drove over to finish seeing up my phone with their help. They stayed open late for me! I was able to go home with my problem solved! Top quality service! They went the extra mile!

Joni at Kittaning was very helpful and patient with my boyfriends old provider.

Felicia was very helpful with getting our new insurance plan and upgrading our phones! She helped us order the new Samsung Galaxy s22 so we could pick them up at the store! We've always had nothing but the best service when we visit the store!

Dave & Joni went above and beyond to help me with my insurance replacement & retrieving my important items from my old device. They were both personable, helpful, and informative on my upgrade. They assisted far more than the sales representative in the local "Big Box" store next door. I would recommend these 2 for any of your technological needs! Great job two these two! :)

Alicia & the other few staff working on Feb. 1st, 2022 were the most professional, caring & helpful cell phone company staff I’ve ever spoken too. I had a question about some fraud that happened to me (someone got my info / social security number & set up an account online) & they gave me a few scenarios. The thing that REALLY took me away was after I was satisfied & hung up, Alicia called me back to give me a few other details & scenarios that she didn’t think of right away during the first call.

Joni went above and beyond for us. She was friendly, professional, trust worthy, and patient. She was the only on staffed. She was busy but never rushed us even though we had very individualized needs. She's a star employee. She deserves recognition for a job well done.

David was kind, helpful, and gave me extremely quick service. I had to switch from prepaid to a line and get an entirely new phone and he made the whole process seamless. Joanie was also very sweet and helpful. Thank you guys!

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help meet your needs and make sure that you are getting the best deal. We always have a positive experience here.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon even though there was one girl there she was very prompt and professional and handled multiple customers we were very satisfied but she needs a raise or help

If u knew the issues I had with these wireless, these women r super in my book. They put on the silver bracelets click them and WOW! Solve the issue, never complaining espically dealing with 125 of me.

Felicia helped me pick out a new case for my phone and gave me a great discount on it. Very clean store and fun demonstrations with the S9.

Amazing store amazing people, straighten out money problems from another att store saved me money and even gave me discounts for my trouble . Everyone very friendly and not pushy . 10/10 will be the only store I go to from now on and I live an hour from it !

Very pleasant at&t store, there are a few chairs to sit in and staff was so nice. They helped my mother switch over her home phone and tv service.
