The Farmhouse Kitchen

I was just looking on Google Maps of places to eat before my family and I headed back to Ohio. My aunt suggested somewhere and I just didn’t find it too appetizing and too heavy for us as we had a 7hr road trip ahead of us. I came across this amazing place that is very natural, light but filling, and at a decent price. It satisfied everyone in the group! My mom had a really good green drink with a wellness shot (I believe elderberry?) oh my goodness it was amazing! Lastly, the workers were so sweet and kind. I wish I could head back soon. (bathrooms were also very clean)

Beautiful hidden spot on Pen Ave. The food was so healthy and delicious! I had the mushroom & onions omelette. The toast? 🤩 AMAZING! The homefries? FRESH. I ordered the Orange juice with coconut water. My stomach was happy for feeding it such an amazing, healthy food. I will most definitely go back! Thank you!

A cozy restaurant with outdoor seating if weather permits. Place your order at the counter and sit yourself down to enjoy once your organic meal and specialty coffee or beverage is ready! The menu choices are always mouth-watering just reading them! I ordered a seasonal sweet potato bisque with toasted cornbread muffin (real corn bits) and salad. Great place to be on a unusually warm day for early November! Remember, they are open daily from 8 am to 3pm only. NOT a dinner or late afternoon locale. Also, although the restaurant is street level, there are a few steps up to the ordering platform and specials for the day chalk board.

My sister and I got pancakes (with chocolate chips) and the country breakfast to share and they were both amazing! We also got a golden milk latte and a mocha latte, both decorated beautifully. Our mom got a mango lemonade which she said was good. The prices are a bit on the higher side but everything is organic/natural, the seasonings were different than your typical place, and the portions were great so I 100% think it is more than worth the price! We were there while they had a catering order so it took a bit longer for our food but a staff member came out and talked to us and apologized for the wait, he was extremely nice. (The food was so good, I forgot I wanted to take a photo when the stuff came out!)

Everything about Farmhouse is amazing. Everyone is friendly, food is almost always all organic, every once in a while there is a non organic option.

Marty and the chefs are very transparent about whether ingredients are organically sourced or not which is very helpful.

PLEASE try this place out, it’s worth the money for healthy food that makes you feel great

Okay so I never write reviews but this is a special exception. We got the pulled pork sandwich, the house lemonade, the rose berry lemonade, and the veggie burger, and let me just say the food EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS BY FAR. HIGHLY recommend the veggie burger and sweet potatoes - I usually expect veggie burgers to be dry, but they are so hearty, savory, flavorful, and filling! The rose berry lemonade was amazing as well. It has strawberry, lemon, mango, and rose syrup… it has me RAVING. Drinks may be on the pricier side, but I would say the food is definitely worth the price. Wonderful lunch outing!

Healthy, gluten free, delicious brunch spot with a cute atmosphere! I ordered the FHK Eggs & Grain bowl which was flavorful and filling and my mom got the avocado toast with gluten free bread. Both were fantastic. We also got lattes that were tasty and they had lots of flavors to choose from. I’ll be going here again!

Went out of there way to help the wedding of my son and new wife and family made a cake let us stay longer then we should have ,outstanding. Thank you 😊

Came here on a whim. The food was really good. Very healthy and savory. You order at the register and they bring it to your table. Very small but cozy. I ordered the egg omelette wrap with whole grain and mozzarella that came with a side salad. Tea matcha. Yum and filling. Will def make time to brunch here again when I’m in town. Parking: street.

Loved the friendly and quick service and homey well-decorated interior. We came at noon and I had the meat and potatoes bowl and it was delicious! The perfect brunch - along with my cortada with maple syrup (see photo) 😉 my husband had the bees knees juice shot. Also great 😊

Had a wonderful time! Food was great! I have a service dog, and they were super accommodating to us! Will come back for sure!

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My husband and dogs absolutely love it as well! We love to bring the dogs on the weekend and sit at the tables on the sidewalk. I even order a side of chicken for the dogs to have while we eat.
My ordering advice: you cannot go wrong!

Fantastic, delicious, healthy, local breakfast options to fit EVERY guest. The coffee is great, lattes are gorgeous, and the orange cranberry date ball was the perfect way to start a breakfast. The order came out quickly in spite of a full house. This is an awesome spot for breakfast, whether you eat in or take out, and had enough options that I could choose from either a fully loaded meathead breakfast or something that'd keep me balanced after a workout. Can't wait to come back!

Friendly service. Fantastic hot mushroom cacao drink. We enjoyed our late lunch so much we went back next day for breakfast.

Stopped in for a bite on our way to a baseball tournament. The staff are super friendly, ordering is done in the back of the restaurant. There menu is extensive enough to find something you'll like. The food was served very quickly and it was FABULOUS! If you're in the area do yourself a favor and stop here for a meal, you will not be disappointed!!

I have absolutely zero negative things to say about this wonderful place. If I could I would stay all day and endulge in all the wonders!

It's a cute spot with good food. The staff was nice and I enjoyed my time there. It's a little cramped but worth trying. The city needs more places like these.

This place is Soo cute! The food is delicious AND healthy! They obviously use herbs and spices Other than just salt, which is refreshing for a little cafe like this. The staff is so friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend this little spot. The hazelnut latte was the best I've ever had.
