Travelodge by Wyndham Emlenton

Nice surprise! The old-fashioned-looking motor lodge is quaint on the outside (love the Adirondack chairs and big cutout of Sasquatch outside!), but the rooms are not only recently renovated, but also nicely done and roomy. They retain the lodgie feel, but are also modern and comfortable. Close enough to I-80 to get some road noise, set the fan on low and that’s gone.

Everyone at front desk, including Kelly, was so helpful and friendly. a 10! And the room was great - clean, nicely appointed, comfy beds. Loved the restaurant next door where you get a voucher for breakfast - either stack of pancakes, eggs and toast and coffee. Perfect. GREAT value and the nicest people.

Aboveboard is saying little about this place. My husband, son, and myself were making a long treck back home and stopped to get gas. We saw the sign not seconds away and we needed to sleep. The newly renovated, adorable room and bathroom were incredibly clean and shower pressure was amazing. We checked in late and I wish I had the name of the woman at the front desk but incredibly sweet, beyond helpful, and her daughter-in-law is at the restaurant right down the road. Complimentary delicious breakfast made my whole family happy. 100% recommend and definitely not a drive by. When we visit again, we are absolutely staying here!

Absolutely wonderful day. The pictures don’t do it justice. Quaint & Cozy for a winters stay. Everything is updated recently. Only minor issue with the $150 hold. - but the front desk was very apologetic and it was an update with the change to Wyndham. Absolutely 5 stars and will stay again.!!

had a great stay at the Travelodge Emlenton for the eclipse yesterday.. The rooms were clean, updated, very nice, and guest service was excellent. Definitely would book here again.

Owen is the father figure of your dreams. Whether you have 2 fathers, no fathers, or have aspirations to inquire about fatherhood - look to Owen for all of your needs. The rooms are clean and modernized recently - Owen will tell you that. He will also provide you with your directive toward the beacon of a hearty stay at Emlenton Plaza. Ask for Owen upon your arrival, he will know what that means.

The two women at the front desk that checked us in and out were so amazing. They were kind and helpful and accommodating. They showed so much care and concern. They made us feel like very valuable customers.

We had the best experience at the Travelodge in Emlenton! We were traveling to visit our son in college and wanted a quiet and reasonably priced place to stay nearby and we have found our new favorite! The rooms are beautiful and new, and so comfortable! We have stayed in a lot of hotels in our time, and this was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in (beating out very high priced chains)! The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was wonderful! The attention to detail, down to the very high quality linens were such a wonderful treat! They do not provide breakfast, but they did have some complementary muffins and coffee available. The Plaza Restaurant in the truck stop below the hotel had wonderful food, so we highly recommend that as well! Thank you Travelodge for providing an excellent experience, from the front desk staff to the amazing rooms. We have found our new favorite and we will be back!

If they would allow me to move in, I probably would. This is how the world should work.

5 Stars! The room I stayed in, brand new, smelled so good, all rustic like a cabin vibe! The decorations were all so rustic. Excellent service from Kellie and Shannon. Hospitality amazing. Great location immediately off exit, nice deck, there's a little fire pit area, so impressed! I usually stay w friends in this area but needed a 1 night room! Kellie offered so much at the front desk! Let's not mention the brand new shower! Rav Reviews!! Also the most comfortable bed and the AC fan runs, heard 0 sounds/ noise

Great place. Rooms are remodeled with a modern/rustic look. Very well done. Very nice and clean. Kelly at the front desk was super helpful. Great safe location along the interstate. Nice deck to hang out at night with a fire pit and drink in hand to watch traffic. Restaurant and gift shop next door. Frisbee golf onsite if you're bored. Definitely recommend.

Spent a week @ Moraine State Park, on the way home which was 3 hrs away, the weather was rainy,cold and windy. Decided to get off the road and stayed here. Clean,comfy rooms, staff was great.

Thanks to the management here for doing such great upgrades. This place is beautiful, and an ideal traditional roadside motel, except better. I’ve paid way more for way less. Well decorated, very clean, and the bed is really comfortable. Still has that new car smell. Definitely recommend.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay! Great value, bed was very comfortable, nice pillows, shower was fantastic, NO COMPLAINTS. Very updated and just comfy. I slept great!

Hit a deer with my semi and was stuck in the area until I could get a ride while my truck gets fixed. Manager and front desk girl was very friendly and understanding of my situation. Trucker discount on the rooms. Freshly renovated rooms with hunting decor. All new linens and towels. Definitely would stay again if I was in the area and needed a room. Rooms still need microwaves and coffee pots but they are working on that...

Great room with a cabin vibe. Very clean, great staff, sheets and towels were very soft. Highly recommend!

This has got to be the greatest value for the money out of any hotel I’ve stayed at recently.

The newly renovated rooms and lobby are beautiful. Everything is new! Especially nice was the large outside deck with a view overlooking the largest Bigfoot east of the Mississippi!
