I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Rodriguez! I went in for an issue, that turned out to be more complicated than I would've imagined. The treatment was exceptional! Follow up care also exceptional. Truly grateful to this doctor for the care he has treated me with! Thank you Dr. Rodriguez!

Amazing and beyond helpful! My son traveled to the area for an athletic event and realized he forgot his contacts at home. After calling a few other businesses in the area I spoke with Kiersten at Optometric Care. She quickly checked inventory, assured me she can provide my son with contacts for his prescription and took the extra time to make sure we knew how to find the office. When my son arrived, the staff had him put in the contacts to ensure a good fit and made sure he had what he needed for the weekend all with a smile. Kiersten and the Optometic Care staff quickly remedied a horrible situation and my son is off to his event able to compete. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Great staff and great doctor! I needed emergency eye care and they were able to squeeze me in right away. The doctor was able to fix me up with ease and the rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had an appointment with Dr. Wiggins yesterday. She was great to have conversations with, very friendly! Her and the woman at the end who helped me pick out glasses really worked with me for the price range I was working with.

These guys are, without a doubt, the most familial eye doctors around. I've been going all my life and never once have I seen or been a dissatisfied customer. Even when I'm out of town they are the first people I call when I have an eye related question or when I just want someone to talk to. This one time, I had a very oily forehead cursed by acne and when trying on glasses accidentally smeared the mirror I was looking in. I left a chunky, oily, acne streak on their nicely polished mirror. They would've cleaned it on the spot had I told anyone about it, but instead I left it there. I'm mainly writing this to absolve my guilt. Great eye care!

Great Place. I found it to be nice, clean, professional. Doctors were great - explained things in a simple manner. Front desk staff is always polite in my experiences and will fit you in if needed.

I highly recommend Optometric Care to anyone who needs an eye doctor. A very welcoming and sincere greeting to anyone who walks thru their door. Very good service and excellent doctors. Again, I recommend Optometric Care to anyone who needs an eye doctor! Much attention and care is given to the patient.

Dr. Depner is great and Christina at the front desk is always very helpful.

Rude receptionist while scheduling and after. She called to tell me I did not show for an appointment (which I canceled a week prior due to another company getting me in sooner) and her message and tone were rude. I would give a courtesy call stating the misunderstanding, but I will not waste my time. I expect friendliness and to show you care about helping others.

I’ve been waiting on my sons glasses since April 18th all they are saying is that they was lost in the mail thankfully he still has the old glasses because he can’t see without them and they seem to not care about when they are coming and the ones before this one it was a problem with the script at this point I wouldn’t refer anyone to go to them

Christine is absolutely terrible. Always rude and unwilling to help every time I stop in or call and talk to her. Only person worth talking to at this place is Rose. Been a patient since the 1980s when I was a child. Call to schedule an appointment and told I can’t get an appointment for 2 months? I am not a new patient. Should not take 2 months to see someone for a routine eye exam. I wear daily contacts and would not have enough to get through to the appointment and all she can say is “Well I don’t know what you are going to do?” Ridiculous. I have a family of 6 and will be moving on. This place is falling apart.

Call to make an appointment and you're met with attitude. Seems like they don't want to take patients. Took 2 weeks to receive my contacts and currently this is week 3 and I haven't gotten my glasses yet. I have never had to wait this long for either contacts or glasses with my other eye doctors . I will be taking my business elsewhere after I receive my glasses.
