From the sales experience to installation, Jason, Tim and Jack were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Jason let me ponder my decision without pushing me to do so. Tim and Jack expertly switched my gas stove to propane and even leveled it out when it appears my floors are not as level as they should be! Great experience all around.

Absolutely the best people ever- I ALWAYS go to Martin's businesses. Eldon is amazing and did an incredible job on my split unit system and was able to hide the ugly piping inside my garage instead of outside on my house! Highly recommend!

This is always one of the first places I look. Personal service, quality stuff, competitive pricing- every time. I have used this location the most in recent years for projects but you'll get the same experience whatever store you choose. Nobody is perfect but the few issues I've had have always been resolved timely. Once they got me out of a bind after 10 PM on a Saturday night when I broke my water filter. The service guy met me with a smile and I had my water back before midnight. I could go on.

We were shopping around for a downdraft stovetop. No one had them in stock and it would take a couple of weeks. A friend recommended Martins to us.
I spoke with Johnny who could have the stove the next day, I had been without a stove for a few weeks. He was able to get the stove and installation asap! They did a great job! Installers were friendly and professional. And they had the best price!!

About 3 years ago we purchased our washer from here. We had an issue 2x with it (same issue). They covered the 2nd time because it was the same issue. However both techs were super knowledgeable and friendly. Fast forward to now us needed a refrigerator… Dale, our salesman, has gone above and beyond to work with us in our pinch. Having such great experiences in store and out of store, we will only be buying our appliances here. Thank you for being a reliable company with good service which is so hard to come by these days!

Duane and Jay installed my new stove, they were pleasant, kind and very respectful!!! They went over n the features of my stove along with removing and wiped it down. Steve cares for our mini-splits in an efficient and thorough manner. It is great the same technician comes each time whether for service or cleaning.

Very satisfied with the help we received and the knowledge our salesman that helped us with purchase. As well as the stock they maintained that a deliver set-up was done before we left.

This evening after a storm that created a power outage, our Maytag refrigerator would not restart. Matt was on emergency service duty and replaced the main circuit board to resolve the problem. Dwayne, please tell Matt job well done.

Our sales associate, Jerome, was nice, friendly and professional. Although it was pretty obvious he is new, he was very helpful and if he didn't have the answer to our questions he was more than happy to find out. Every time we've been in the store the customer service is excellent! Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing is encouraged.

I went to Martin Appliances today to look for a new black dishwasher. The gentlemen that assisted my mother and I was so extremely helpful. He showed us various brands, the features, asked what type we prefer either plastic inside or stainless steel. Which didn't matter to us but I'm so glad he gave us that option. We decided on what we wanted, and with all the delivery cost, install and haul away it was very reasonable for a Bosch Ascenta. Oh in case you didn't know they do give 5% discount for military. No one will offer, I always no matter where I go ask if they give military discounts. Here are some pictures.
