Ashley Store

After purchasing our first house we went to Ashley’s to find a couch for our new home. We were immediately welcomed by Janet who was extremely helpful. She walked us around the showroom and helped up find the perfect couch for our new space. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. She made the process very easy and enjoyable!

Janet was very helpful in getting us the best price possible for the sofa that we were interested in. The purchase process only took a few minutes of our time. Janet was very attentive to us, and was not pushy
in terms of trying to make a sale. Overall it was a great experience!

I was very satisfied the minute I walked in! A very kind lady at the desk greeted me and my very helpful and kind sales person Matt, helped me with everything that I needed help with!! Matt went above and beyond to help me find the right kitchen table set to fit my needs!! I really appreciate his kind help along with the two kind ladies at the desk.

Janet was extremely helpful and personable! She was patient with us taking our time in making a decision & made sure to tell us that there was a promotion going on the following day. Thank you Janet, we’ll be back!

Hector was a professional sales associate the entire time. Very knowledgeable on all products in the store. Helped me several times over the past 6 months with choosing my living room furniture.

We recently broke our couch so we decided to go out looking and ended up at Ashley Furniture. Walking in we were kindly greeted by Janet who helped us the whole way through. She was kind and so helpful as we were searching through the store! She’s definitely an asset to this store and I’m glad we came here to purchase our couch. 😁

While we did not buy a couch today, Janet greeted us and assisted us throughout our whole experience. She gave us lots of information about the process of buying a couch and she was very friendly and excited to help us out. When we are ready to get some furniture we will be returning and shopping with Janet. She’s great!

Matt was super knowledgeable and helpful! He ran a whole bunch of different scenarios for us and helped us get to the price that worked for us. We've bought a few pieces from Ashley's and it's our go to furniture store.

Very happy with the service by the team at Ashley furniture especially Janet who went above and beyond assisting us selecting a bedroom set as well as a bed.She even went out of her way to call other stores to assist in finding a piece that was out of stock and was very patient when I changed my mind a few times on the bed size ! Thanks for everything !

Lynda was awesome. Not pushy and very patient. Even when our children were running around the store. She went over everything with us multiple times and was willing to run numbers and take measurements on multiple items to make sure they would work for us. We had a great experience.

Our experience at Ashley’s was great! Hector did well introducing himself when we walked in and gave us space to look around. He helped with a measuring tape and supported us when it was time to check out. He was so helpful with questions and encouraged us about our purchase. The other staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful!

Lynda was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. She let us browse around by ourselves, but was available when we had questions. It didn’t take long to pick out our furniture. She was a delight, be sure to ask for Lynda when you go! You will not be disappointed!

Sales associate, Janet was wonderful to work with! She gave us great advice on a living room set, and some other articles that we purchased. Very professional, knowledgeable, went the extra mile. She is a great credit to the Pottstown store.

Janet was of great help to us in finding a mattress for our son! She was very attentive and knowledgeable, and helped us find a great deal! Super friendly, too! Will definitely ask for her next time!

I was a bit sceptic of buying a couch in the store because the prices where better online but they price matched which was awesome
