When I say Kyle made buying a phone fun...I mean it. All representatives in the store were smiling and having fun. They engaged with all the customers and helped us far beyond just upgrading our phone. It started to get busy and to watch this team of amazing people multi-task was remarkable! Ali and the rest of the family/team at the Hilltop location were phenomenal. Extremely personable, present, and adept to the needs of customers. Very caring group of individuals, Thank you Joe for sending me to this location. They took exceptional care of me and my needs. They also handled themselves in very respectful manners and showed conviction to helping customers. Thanks again. Will stop by intermittently to just see how everyone is doing. Also have to show Toby my new tattoo.

Maria and Kyle and the regional store manager helped me manage a business account that was in desperate need of help. A different store manager in Pittsburgh messed up our account costing us hundreds of dollars, while Maria and the RM were able to work as quickly and efficiently in fixing the issues this other individual made. It was a lengthy process but was no issue on their part. Friendly, approachable, understanding, and helpful. Not a single bad thing to say about these guys. (February 2024)

kyle and ally were amazing! kyle was great very nice and hilarious! we had to wait for our stuff to transfer over and he was amazing waiting and answered all of our questions! ally kept us after for about 45 and that’s was so amazing!! kyle also said he usually hates teenagers but found i was funny so he was just a vibe!!!!!!!! both people were so nice and didn’t try to take any of our money and got us the best deals! will definitely go there from now on!!!

Kylee was extremely helpful and professional no pressure but very informative she got us switched over quickly and my wife and I enjoyed working with her

Just added my daughter to my plan. Kyle was amazing. From picking out the right phone, to explaining thing so a 40+ mother could understand, to being down right hilarious. It actually made spending a chunk of money enjoyable. If you go to Verizon in kittanning ask for Kyle. You won't be disappointed!!

Maria was very helpful and wonderful to deal with! Very knowledgeable answer all my questions and helped get my mom’s phone plan added to mine and got me the best deal possible! Very happy with the whole experience!

I have been dealing with this store for many years and it's the best. The loyalty upgrades are better than anyone else's. Verizon has been around forever and they are showing why. I never drop a call or never have any issues whatsoever being a buisness owner. The store itself has a lovely person named Maria that is so technical and knows as much as I think I do. She is lovely and straight intelligent to the point. She is prettier than tech. So if you want coverage everywhere and want to pay more than normal and never have a problem.. then Verizon is the way. I've tried all the others. Nothing matches the service. I have a two yr old and a buisness so I need the best. Maybe something is better closer to the city but im always working in it so... idk. They give me a free phone for their promotions after I pay taxes and whatever else. Again Verizon is number one. I'm a window cleaner and do store fronts for the competition. They can't sway me even with a better deal. Thank you Maria.

My husband went in for a routine upgrade on a whim and Toby was fantastic! This guy was made for customer service roles and I will definitely refer friends to this Verizon store!

Kyle was phenomenal as always. He helped me transition from Android to IPhone and then is Always ready to assist and offer input for additional phone features, screen protectors, cases, etc. These guys are great here, extremely personable and polite. If you need a new phone these are there people to go to!!
