Napoli Restaurant

Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight and it was the best choice I could have made. The best black and bleu burger I have ever tasted, that is no exaggeration. You have to give this place a try. Our waitress Bri did an amazing job and had a great attitude. I hope the manager acknowledges her for her professionalism. Hands down best burger around.

I live in Bridgeville and stop on in here often. The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. Today I told the bartender to surprise me and she ordered me a huge BBQ bacon burger and my buddy got a Parmesan chicken sandwich. Both 10/10 and the food came out quick and hot. Their pizza's are good as well.

Attended a birthday party here here for my Mother-in-Law yesterday, and it was fantastic. Her boyfriend set it all up & said they were very easy to deal with. They served a delicious catered meal buffet-style, had centerpieces & place sittings for everyone. We got take-home containers for the leftovers.

The server, Stephanie, was incredible at keeping everyone's drink orders straight and finding us while we were milling about the room.

I had some questions about food prep surfaces and cross contamination as I have a severe shellfish allergy. She was very knowledgeable, and even checked with the kitchen to ask about the specifics for that day in the kitchen. She was very helpful and friendly, and put me and our family at ease.

Love all their flavors of Alfredo sauce! Desserts were good but skimpy. Tiramisu was a very small piece and ice cream had very little chocolate and caramel sauce drizzled on top.

AMAZING!!!!! The only complaint is they didn’t put enough sauce on my penne and we didn’t get any type of bread. We did order takeout so maybe they don’t serve bread with takeout. But Next time I’ll ask. The lemon pepper chicken is to die for. The meatballs perfectly cooked. We eat out a lot and I rarely ever like marinara sauce at restaurants. This is perfect just sweet enough not overly acidic, no over the top wine flavor (I hate wine, I know, I know 🫢😱😱)I can’t give this place enough compliments. If you get a chance to try them do it. You won’t be disappointed.

Amanda is absolutely wonderful. She handled the bar & table drinks & did an awesome job!!! Asset to the restaurant. She was a great time & I would come back just to be waited on by her!

Cannot beat eating at Napoli’s. The waitresses are always very nice and helpful. The food is Italian dishes and great pizza. We have been going for years and will continue to do so.

Just tried the new location for the first time and it was awesome!!!! We had a group luncheon and the food and service were both excellent!!! Can’t wait to go again! Chicken salad was awesome!! Love their ranch and balsamic!!!

Big menu and their food is VERY consistent. Staff is extremely friendly. The dining area is big and you never feel like you packed in. Make sure you call when they open if you need a reservation for more than 4 people. The fact they are constantly busy is a great sign of a solid restaurant!

Great pizza with a generous helping of meatballs and excellent pepperoni; very nice thin crust, and the employees were excellent during my takeout order!

We were a group of ladies that used to work together. Some of us had not seen each other in 20 years. We chose to meet at Napoli since we were coming from different directions. It couldn’t have been better.
I called the week before to alert them that a large group was coming. They called me the day of to confirm. There were 9 of us. When we arrived they had the table ready with water already at each place, appetizer/bread plates in the middle of the table with extra napkins, a pitcher of water so we could refill. Our waitress was competent. Everyone’s order was correct and everyone enjoyed their food thoroughly. I did not catch the waitress’s name to give her a personal shout out. We plan to meet again and hopefully Napoli will be at the top of our list! Thanks for providing us with a great evening!!

Everything on the menu is delicious. They are usually very busy but they have a good process to keep things moving.

Very good food. This is their current Lent Special. Salmon salad. Was delicious!

My wife and I stopped to have dinner. We both got a fish sandwich and fries and an order of zucchini. When we got the order of zucchini Nicole didn't like the looks of it and put in another order. The fish and fries were great and we ended up taking them home because they were huge. The food was excellent and Ncole our waitress was great. I don't know how anyone could possibly say anything bad about this restaurant. We will definitely go back in a heartbeat.

Went here with a large group, the food was very good and the staff was friendly and kind. I will be returning for sure.

I really like the new location and I think they've kept the quality the same and you really can't beat them for the value they provide.

Food was good. Order a Pepperoni Calzone with Fries. Had football as entertainment on the screen. Waiter was extremely nice and attentive. Had another load to get to but ended up passing out after eating this.

Our meals were delicious! Napoli Pasta and Chicken Nicole with Gorgonzola!

Danielle was a wonderful server and we will be back to request her for our next visit. She was very accommodating to my 3 year olds requests, prompt service, and overall very friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
