The Van Reed Inn

I posted on FB asking for the best wings place in Berks. Van Reed was by far listed the most. My first time there was a hit for sure. They had delicious IPA selection and the wings are AMAZING! I really like how they smoke them. Will be back for sure! Thank you! Keep up the good work on the wings!

Hands down - the best wings we have ever experienced! Bartender Sam was 100% on top of drinks & service with a smile & laugh! 😂 We'll definitely share this best kept secret in Berks! 😉

Was there with my friends for the first time and love it. Staff was very nice. Food was great, had the wings very good 👍. Will go back very soon.

Wings are a must try, I’ve bad better Buffalo chicken dip but it was still decent. Looking forward to trying their chili and burgers

The smoked Irish Pride wings are fabulous. The chili with cheddar cheese and onions (wich is brisket). Plain and simple TOP SHELF !!

Been her twice within the past few months and everything I've had has been top notch! Service was welcoming and fun! Overall a great little spot!

Kept passing this place and finally decided to stop in. Really glad I did. Staff was great. Wings were amazing. I highly recommend the Irish Pride. I will definitely be back.

Greatest wings that I have ever eaten. Frequent customer. It's a shame though, I live in Leesport and...the restaurant is in the Leesport area...and they don't deliver to Leesport. I'd probably order alot more if I could get delivery. But the food is incredible. Service in the restaurant is great. Top notch all around except for delivery.

Even when very busy they hustle to get your
order in, drinks delivered and food served. Of course expect a food delay when it's busy but thankfully the drinks are never delayed!

They have a great staff here to keep this place running smoothly. The owner came around and greeted us a few times. Always have compliments when she does.

The service was excellent, the burger was outstanding (cooked perfectly medium), and of course the wings are amazing!

I went there 2 times in 3 days because the wings were AMAZING! On Thursday (happy hour time), the bartender was awesome. She was attentive, kind and friendly. The bartender on Saturday was not quite as pleasant. She maybe smiled once. We are all entitled to a bad day which is why I’m still leaving a 5-star review. I prefer giving people the benefit of the doubt. The food (especially the wings) is 5 stars and so is *most* of the service. Definitely give it a go!!!

Exceptional wings! Lots of flavors to choose from, perfectly done, very good price! The onion rings were very tasty as well. The atmosphere was really nice, and our waitress, Sheila was amazing! I have been told their chili is really good too! Most of all, it was cool to share time w my brother. 10 starts for the Van Reed and if you don't take some time to visit, you are missing out! One of Berks County's best!

I love this place favorite place to come when you want your food fast and good not much of a family place more of a late night hang out but still amazing my personal favorite is there wings that are made perfectly the garlic parmesan is probably the best flavor if you want a similar taste but amazing flavor and over just a perfect place to go.

Only here once, and I was told I had to get wings because I was in the area. Amazing. Smoked and deep fried? Yep, as good as they sound. Waitress was great, pile of napkins, two wet naps, and a toothpick in my basket. That little touch was awesome. You should stop in.
