Everything was great. Friendly staff, good food and clean place.

Those folks were working their butts off to get the orders completed. Short-handed but not short-sighted...my food came out almost picture perfect, and in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend them!!!

This Wendy's is actually very clean and the service is fast. It feels that they have enough staff to be functional. The quality of the food was also surprisingly fresh. Nothing like the Wendy's in Lawrenceville (Pittsburgh, PA) wich is an utter disaster. )

This Wendy's has gotten much better. I'm a delivery driver and come here many times daily. There has been tremendous improvements in everything going on here. Something has definitely changed here for the better

I have to give the WONDERFUL ladies their credit today. I came in the drive thru with the need for a large order of frosty's for work; to which they explained to me they were short staffed. They looked very overwhelmed, and who could blame them. They clearly need more help at this establishment and these two ladies deserve HIGH LEVEL positions; WITH higher wages. But needless to say, they did so amazing. Even with such a large order, I've never been in and out of a fast food line so quickly, especially with staff numbers being limited. And by the time I got back to work the frostys were still intact. These ladies were amazing and I wish I got their names. Please give them their credit and provide them with the upmost respect and well deserved resources to continue to succeed.

I got a frostyccino, let's just say it wasn't what I expected.. I went inside to let them know, and the girl made it right. Great customer service

This morning, I stopped at this Wendy's and had the freshest meal ever from a fast food restaurant. I enjoyed a hot fresh grilled chicken and Fresh Fries too! I was impressed so much I actually walked back in to tell the manager about the experience. Great Job!

Ordered cheese fries the other day it was perfectly salted the cheese was just the right temperature. The only thing I can say is I wish they gave me two forks instead of one so I could have ate a lot more!

Drive thru personnel was very courteous. They were closing but he still took my order and food was hot and fresh!

What can I say? I always love Wendy's, as it's my favorite fast food chain when it comes to the typical menu of burgers, chicken, fries, etc.. Some locations are better than others due to nothing more than employees. My fav location is the one in Moon Twp on University Blvd, but considering the horrific service and food quality experiences I've had at the McDonald's and Taco Bell that this Wendy's sits in between just a quick walk away from Heinz Field? Then I'd say they're doing a great job here. If I had to guess, I'd say the management here has a lot to do with it.

For fast food, Wendy's is always changing it up, but their burgers are great. This store never seems crowded but that is not a detriment. Nice to have a quiet meal.

Struggling staff. With the Governor frightening people out of working, they had a small and new crew trying to hold things together. The delays were frustrating, but they were super cool about trying to serve customers well, without making us feel like we're scary freaks.

customer service was on point- alot of younger people work here, but honestly, they are on top of things. I really think they need a shout out!

Long line but staff got us through the line and got our order quickly.

Shocked me..polite staff and the food was actually at a pleasant temp, other than room temp/cold. Kudos for the customer service folks.

Their customer service is top-notch, making me feel valued as a customer.

It's a nice Wendy's. Be careful pulling out of parking lot, the slope and side walk can drag the bottom of your car if you don't leave slowly and at an angle.
