When visiting East Palestine, Ohio we came upon the 1820 candle store. Handmade candles. Very unique and high quality candles. East Palestine still going strong. The scents are wonderful!

I burn the vanilla cardamom candle in my classroom. Students, teacher and administrators absolutely love the smell. One of my favorite all time candles. I plan to buy a few more for gifts.

1820 is simply amazing! There are so many incredible scents to choose from. And the scents are so unique! The store is absolutely gorgeous, all the display always look so nice. And all of 1820’s products are such good quality. I’ve loved buying these candles & aromatherapy products since 2010 and I’ll love them forever and ever!!

I've never been there in person but I've ordered the candles online. They are some of the best candles I've ever used. This is my new go to place. Plus customer service is amazing and shipping was quick. No product breakage. Candles were packed very well. Would recommend the lemon, Cucumber sage, and Grapefruit lychee as those are the ones I've tried so far.

I purchased an Amber Santal 1820 Candle from a local reseller. Unfortunately I had an issue with the candle. I reached out to 1820 via email. Melissa immediately responded and replaced my candle within just a few days. Her customer service was outstanding and we love the smell of the candle and the quality of their product. I will most definitely be a repeat customer.

Best candles ever. They smell great, burn slow, and the packaging is awesome. People always comment on them in my place. I think the Leather & Tobacco scent is the best. Masculine but clean. Perfect for a single guy!
