Joe's is by far the Best butcher shop in Central Indiana but Wow you gotta try Joe's Next Door for lunch sometime! So much better than any of the chains. One of my favorite lunch places in Carmel!

Great selection of meats at affordable prices and always fresh.... Totally love grabbing last minute things here to cook for dinner..... Plus walking distance from my home unlike other over priced grocery stores like giant eagle

I've been buying top round from here to make jerky (excellent price and quality btw), but today when I went in, I grabbed some of their homemade smoked cheese kolbassi. Holy heck...I heated it up in my air fryer (too windy for the grill) and it was perfection. Highly recommend them!

GREAT sausage made on site, and I got my Thanksgiving fresh turkey there this year.

This is the absolute best shop I have been to! I'm in the military and I only buy meat at butcher shops wherever I am stationed. These guys suggest to me the capacola. Most amazing tasting Italian sandwich meat I have ever had

Went to buy from a local butcher even though I'm in Penn Hills, this butcher was the closest according to MAPS. And I'm so glad I did. Purchased a 10 to 13 pound pork shoulder and the butcher trimmed it perfectly. I didnt have to waste money on fat I didnt need. Going to see about a beef brisket soon. Thanks
