New China King

Cozy spot. Can tell the fryer oil is fresh. Delivery arrived crispy and screaming hot. Delivery person was nice! I’ve received great service here for years. These guys get slammed on weekends, and I am always met with a smile when I walk in to say hello.

We order take out from New China King at least 2-3 times a month. The family that operates this restaurant has always been nice. We enjoy their pork with black bean sauce and the thai curry chicken that we mix with their singapore mei fun. We also enjoy their pineapple chicken and fried dumplings. The online ordering allows you to sub soup instead of an egg roll for combo meals and for entrees, you can sub lo mein or fried rice instead of the white rice. The quality of the food has never varied. Even at the height of the pandemic, we always receive a fresh meal. Most of the time we order, 2 entrées and 1 appetizer and our meal is ready in 20-25 mins. We love this place and will continue to tell others to try it out.

Best Black Pepper Chicken on earth. I always order sesame chicken at Chinese places, but not here. This is the only place I know that makes Black Pepper Chicken using crunchy chicken tempura. And omg, the crunch is incredible. I cannot fathom why every place doesn't make it this way. The sesame chicken here is also wonderful, but this BPC practically one of a kind, and a must try.

Ordered online and food came in a decent amount of time. Chicken lo mein was very good, pork egg rolls were also good. Only thing that disappointed me was the pork fried rice, it didn't really have a taste it was like eating white rice in my opinion.

Best Chinese from Allentown to arguably farther than Reading. Super friendly and my new go to after moving from breinigsville to blandon.

Employees are very nice. I ordered pork fried rice with orange chicken, came with egg roll. Everything was very good. I haven't ventured to another food item bc i usually love my orange chicken. I order constantly.

Alot of people are commenting with negative reviews. But this restaurant is under New Management....try it for yourself. Different owners, different service, better food.

My daughter and I eat here all the time. I have always found the food to be good, the service to be exceptional, and the place to be clean. Never have gotten sick eating there, cannot say the same thing for many other Chinese restaurants. No MSG!

Consistent quality and wonderful service. I live right next to the place and order food there very frequently. Haven't had a bad batch of grub yet.

Best lo mein and dumplings this side of Berks county. It's by far my favorite place for when I'm craving Chinese food.
