OSPTA - Aspinwall

This is a high quality PT practice. The environment and setup are well designed and welcoming. The staff are professional, efficient and empathetic. Dr. Stevens, the lead PT, is highly experienced and reassuring. She took extra time to educate me about the timeline for my recovery. I highly recommend the whole team.

Stephanie and her assistants provide consistently excellent care and at-home instructions. My knees and hips are 100% improved following PT. Highly recommend Stephanie to my local friends who need PT.

OSPTA definitely deserves 5-Stars!!! If I ever need to go back for therapy... This facility is were I would go. The staff is so friendly and caring... You'll get a good work out too! 💯

I have been so impressed with the staff at OSPTA. All are friendly, welcoming and worked with me to develop a program which addresses my knee issues. Stephanie, my PT has always listened to my concerns and come up with creative ways to address them. I have had been at other facilities where I saw the PT the first day and then only interacted with aids. Here everyone is involved in trying to address my issues and I see Stephanie every time I am there. My pain has significantly decreased, and my strength increased. I would recommend Stephanie and OSPTA to anyone that is in need of quality physical therapy care.

Kristen Stevens at the OSPTA facility in Aspinwall has been treating me for sciatica and back pain. I am very pleased with the progress I am making and thank Kristen for her continued interest in my my condition. The attention Kristen gives me is very comforting and has proven in the good results I am receiving. The entire staff at Aspinwall is very friendly and welcoming.

I had a total knee replacement and began physical therapy outside of my home five weeks ago. Kristen at OSPTA in Aspinwall has helped me so much in the last five weeks. She takes great care in massaging and preparing my leg for the PT that follows. She and her staff are really excellent in the way that they coach and advise me as I work through the PT sessions. Kristen was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am so glad that I found someone with such great skills. She is also patient and a great counselor in terms of helping me see a path back to firm footing!

I've been going to OSPTA for years to help with a variety of ailments... mainly back and shoulder. They are super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and always get me back on my feet quickly. I would totally recommend these guys to anyone.

My orthopedist referred to Kristen as a "miracle worker" and he was right. I came to OSPTA Aspinwall after a poor experience at a nearby physical therapist, where I had little progress in rebuilding muscle after shattering my knee in the spring of 2022. When that therapist gave up on me, my doctor recommended Kristen.
With her help I doubled my muscle capacity in my bad leg, reduced pain significantly, and regained the ability to live a normal life. Kristen is attentive, always trying different methods or tools to get the best results, and you can tell she genuinely is invested in your recovery (she even came in an hour early one week to make sure I got enough sessions in). I can't recommend her enough.

OSPTA is a wonderful facility if you are in need of physical therapy. The therapists and their aids spend a good amount of time with you, not only explaining what you should do but also how it helps you. In addition, they check your form to make sure you are getting the most out of the exercise. I especially like that it is a small facility, where you are not encountering a lot of wait time or people. During these Covid 19 times, that is especially important to me. My physical therapist, Kristin, is exceptionally patient and knowledgeable, as well as personable. I highly recommend OSPTA.

Kristen does an amazing job. I was really struggling with pain and a lack of range of motion in my shoulder, post-surgery. After just 3 sessions, the improvement was very notable and I am already back to practicing golf. I can’t wait to continue my progress. And, the whole experience is very pleasant as Kristen and her staff are just great people.

I feel the staff is friendly and helpful, my therapist is very attentive to my progress and has encouraged me to do more if I can outside of therapy

My husband with cognitive impairment and aphasia participates in the balance and gait improvement training. The entire process has been outstanding and yield noticeable improvements in his gait, strength, and his ability to follow instructions. The therapists are skilled in navigating his cognitive limitations. They speak in a way that he can comprehend and provide additional cues so that he can successfully completer the tasks. The sessions are not rushed, they allow extra time for my husband to complete the tasks.The office setting helps concentration and attention, by being intimate and quiet, which we did not see in a large scale rehab settings of large healthcare providers. We are extremely grateful for being able to receive help from OSPTA in Aspinwall. It truly is a patient-centered facility.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs physical therapy. My therapist Stephanie is top notch, explains everything and any questions I've asked. Her assistant Sherry is also top notch. They're very supportive, caring, and helpful and pleasant. Trisha is also very nice. I love this place.

Clean, pleasant atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional without being formal and stuffy. They are punctual but also take their time assisting each patient / client. Kristen is so knowledgeable and patient that you truly feel there is no such thing as a dumb question.
