Hard not to love IKEA! Great products as far as ease of purchasing and assembling. Love the cafe, the Swedish meatballs and the veggies cakes are my favorites. I highly recommend stopping by their little marketplace to shop for foods before you leave, you can buy their cafe food frozen and other foods from Sweden and other countries in their little market by the checkout. They also have an as-is area which is really affordable and the marks or scuffs can usually be cleaned or are not really visible very well. Everyone is always very helpful in the store. The layout is great to be able to see sizes of items. Their website has a feature to be able to place things in a room. Click and collect for online order is really nice. They help you load things into your car.

IKEA is great place for all things home. The store is huge, and it’s best to plan t spend a few hours at the store so you have time to walk all around and to stop by their restaurant.

I like to have an idea of what I might like before shopping so I like to look online. I take my dimensions of the space I am looking to buy something for, so that I can find the perfect fit. They have some furniture that you can customize using one of their computers at the store. You can take pictures of the items you want while shopping so that by the time you get to the grab and pull area, you can easily find the items you want for purchasing. Some items can be pulled in store while shopping while others need to be pulled on the bottom floor before checking out.

I think everyone needs to try the Swedish meatballs and lingonberry sauce at least once. They have other food offerings, but to get the whole experience, it’s a must!

IKEA furniture isn’t the highest quality, but they offer some great pieces that can be customized for your space and makes a good option that should last many years

I love this place so much. I hate shopping and yet I'll go here just to browse, not even with the intention of buying. I just like looking at all their cool setups. But I've definitely bought quite a number of items here over the years. Got the best kitchen knife sharpener (aspekt). Got a great entertainment console that's been holding up for six years now. And don't even get me started on their food. 🤤 Everyone knows about their amazing meatballs but the desserts are just fantastic, especially for the reasonable price. Word of advice about furniture pickup and delivery. They will deliver the item to your door but not actually inside your house. So if you got something large and heavy good luck. And the large pickup place is in another building in the shopping center across the street. Also don't arrange for those services around the holiday season because it will be a nightmare due to EVERYONE doing that. Pick a slower time of year and you'll get your stuff lickety split.

I had 6 dressers to return as part of the recall. The associates at the customer service desk were fantastic. Extremely personable, helpful, and efficient in processing the returns. When we got outside with new furniture, we were checking each box and noticed one of them had a damaged corner. It was literally 1 minute before the store closed, but when I ran in, they were very understanding and told me to just go get another box. True picture of customer SERVICE here
Not to mention the products and prices are fantastic.

I had never been to Ikea before and boy was I blown away. I loved that they have a showroom and set up all of the rooms with the products they sell. It was definitely a shopping experience like I had never had before. It was a bit overwhelming but once I got the hang of how everything worked I had a blast. They have a restaurant and a Cafe inside of the store as well. I can't wait to go back and get to work on my living room remodel.

IKEA of Robinson Pa is a unique shopping experience, where you can find almost anything needed for a home. It is 2 floors of Swedish merchandise, with furniture, home goods, and packaged foods throughout the store. It offers a restaurant, a play area for children, and lots and lots of parking.

Great store. They have everything for the entire home. We found so many things. We’ve been coming here for a long time. We’ll definitely be coming back. Such a fun shopping experience.

Longtime customers, but went there for dinner to take advantage of 50% off entrees on Fridays for IKEA Family members. Portions are not large, but reasonable. The food was great! I had the Swedish meatballs and my guest had the salmon.

Good food! And really nice employees. The kitchen staff was especially helpful and friendly. Food was of quality and excellent. I’d come here just to grab a nice meal!

I wanted to jump on here and send a shout out to Alex, one of the childcare providers. I have NEVER left my 4 year old with another person that isn’t family. When my son asked if he could go in the play space, I was super hesitant. I went over and talked to Alex and he reassured me that he was CPR AND FIRST AID TRAINED and would send me a message if my son needed me. My son loved him. My son was the only child in there and Alex played trains, soccer, colored, etc. with him!!! Thank you Alex for playing with Jack! We so appreciated you.

Good Ikea store in Pittsburgh. Anything from furnitures to storage solutions to food and snacks and toys! Restaurant inside. And free EV charger in the parking lot!

Clean store. Well organized. Has a nice restaurant upstairs you should definitely try. Also take time to walk through the showroom and see how things can be used or go well with others.Very helpful and polite staff. Found what we wanted on their in store computer and located item in the store right away. Love this place. Always can find what we need and then some. Lol

We love IKEA! We start with lunch and then walk it off on the maze through the store! I love all of the kitchen gadgets and usually find something I've never seen before. 10/10

Perfect dining experience. All of the options are tasty. It's very easy to have a healthy vegetable forward meal. The desserts are yummy. Also you can't beat the price. This place seems to sell furniture and other odds and ends which is a little unnecessary for a restaurant but I'm not going to knock them for it.

I love the click and collect option here and it’s a beautiful store. I wish they had more lower priced mattress frame options, but overall it’s always a good experience. Customer service was also helpful & kind.

Lovely store great service . Social guidelines were met . Plus everyone in the line were given bottles of water to drink . So lovely of them.
Plus Ikea in pittsburgh has a whole vast variety of home goods. Some of the items we liked were out of stock plus they seemed a lil understaffed as we could not get help at a lot of places . But overall a great experience

So easy to overspend but also feels like ur saving. Also they have a great return policy. Employees are sweet too. 👍

Ikea is so cool, always a favorite. I love it when they have the things I'm looking for too, this store was well stocked, clean, had friendly employees and the checkout lines weren't excessive because they had several open.

This place is so nice. The restaurant staff was sensitive to my special food needs and checked ingredients for me. The food was delicious. I had the plant based meatballs without the mashed potatoes and cream sauce and black tea. Many of the items I was looking for were not there...popular items or covid issues not sure. The customers super sweet as well. Whoever's husband that was, thank you. An employee also helped me load two items in my car.

The showroom was beyond amazing the personal touches they are adding make the rooms seemed lived in.

This location was super well organized and the store was spotless. Meatballs were great as always
