We are very happy we selected New Look Exteriors. The entire organization from the owner, installation crew and administrative support did an excellent job. Jason spent much time discussion his company and the benefits going with New Look Exteriors for the purchase and installation of an Anderson Patio door. The administrative staff kept us informed about the progress from order status to the day of installation. They were easy to contact and offered a quick response. Josh and the installation crew was very profession and hardworking. The door was installed without a problem and looks great. New Look Exteriors is a top notch company.

New Look is by far the best contracting company we have worked with to date!!! We were looking to do a few exterior upgrades for our home including a new front door, siding, soffit, and gutters. The first thing they did was a thorough inspection of the exterior of our home from the top down, and found that we significant damage to our roof, including a huge hole in it (see pictures)! They patched it immediately to prevent us from having any more damage and then did a fantastic job with the repairs shortly after.

They helped us through the process of picking out new siding, soffit, and designing a new front door and made it all very easy. They gave us an accurate estimate and timeline for those installations, and were very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Not only is our home now looking great, but we noticed a huge improvement in the insulation (both in terms of improved heating/cooling efficiency as well as noise reduction). The value for their high quality of work is honestly outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have similar repairs for their home!

New Look recently completed repair/upgrade work for my roof along with replacement of gutters and downspouts. From initial visit, development and revision of final project scope, scheduling of installation, completion of installation, and follow up after completion, the communication has been excellent. The installers were courteous and respectful of the property. The craftsmanship appears to be excellent, and we are very pleased with the results. New Look was quick to respond to questions/concerns.

We had some unfortunate experiences with another company prior to connecting with New Look Exteriors. They restored our faith in professional business practices. They were prompt from our first meeting. We were kept informed when supplies were ordered, arrived, and when work could start. The team arrived, and finished, early. From beginning to end the process was highly professional and detail oriented. The crew was experienced, courteous, keep the job site safe and cleaned up daily. Our project was large with a handful of intricate components. I am a stickler for detail and quality, and New Look went above and beyond. They were extra cautious to not damaged our landscaping, and when they found weather damaged wood behind the old siding the crew quickly addressed the issues, repaired them and explained the process. I absolutely recommend New Look Home Exteriors if you’re in need of some work done on your house. We worked with them to have our windows, doors, gutters and siding done and I was impressed with them from start to finish. They are kind, timely & fair, offer insightful suggestions and don’t over sell. The work they did on our house is excellent, both in appearance and function. There’s a noticeable difference in temperature with the insulation they install behind the siding. It looks amazing and it’s obvious that they paid close attention to detail, took their time and didn’t cut corners. Each crew that was at our house was friendly and respectful. They installed our outdoor lighting and Omar even installed a new dog door for us. When the one I bought didn’t fit quite right, he trimmed it down and got it lined up perfectly, customizing it to our house. They treated it like it was their house they were working on, so if you’re looking - you won’t be disappointed if you go with New Look.

Truly outstanding experience from start to finish.

We had been working with a large subcontractor that our insurance recommended who dropped the ball on everything. After that fell apart, the insurance told us to find our own contractor. I researched around to see who was good for roofing, siding, etc. in our area and found New Look Exteriors.

Within a couple months, they expertly completed what the insurance subcontractor couldn't manage in almost a year.

New Look Exteriors provided fast, quality service, for a great price. They replaced damaged siding above my garage with the original manufacturer's siding. It was exactly the right color and type. NLE sales' representative, Z., was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified what needed to be done had a proposal to me quickly. The inside staff NLE, C., knew my name and made sure I knew what was next in the project and the timeline. The NLE install crew, led by G., was fast and efficient. Siding looks great. I recommend these guys. (February, 2024).

We had a wonderful experience with New Look on our recent roof/gutter/skylight replacement. They were so professional and thorough throughout the entire process and we definitely plan to use them again for other projects.

After doing my due diligence and comparing a half dozen contractors, I am glad I went with New Look Home Exteriors. Jake and his crew were very professional, fairly priced, and the work was completed quickly without any inconvenience to my family.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I needed new siding around my entire house, and reached out to several companies for quotes. Zack and Massimo from New Look came out at the agreed upon day and time, and talked with me about my preferences and concerns. They provided different options and costs on the same day as our meeting, and promptly answered all of my follow up questions while I made my decision. Once I decided to go with them, the process worked exactly as they explained. Once the materials came in around 6-8 weeks later, George (project manager) and his crew came out every day the weather would allow and worked quickly and courteously. I discussed any issues or questions I had with George each morning before the work commenced, and found him and his crew to be very responsive to my requests and willing to accommodate in any way possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who has similar siding needs.

I can’t say enough good things about New Look Home Exteriors. I found out I needed a new roof. I started getting estimates. I couldn’t remember the name of the company I used back in 2018 to have my house resided. I dug through my emails for hours trying to locate the name of the company. I finally found it. I reached out and they immediately returned my call and scheduled to come out to give me an estimate.

Zack never pressured me during our conversation. He helped me get financing. The process was fast and painless.

While they weren’t the cheapest estimate I received- I hired them based on my previous experience.

They covered my front porch and bushes and my deck on the back. They cleaned up after the job was done. Not one piece of debris was left behind.

Used New Look for siding install. They did an excellent job. Crew came out and completed the job within two days. They showed up when they said, and cleaned up after the job was completed.

From start to finish New Look was Great! We dealt with Armando and Zack. They were responsive and prompt for the original in home consultation, which was over 2 hours of us picking colors and designs. They were respectful of our home and gave us great advice and opinions. They had an answer for every question and were able to show us a preview of our choices as we made them.

Later in the week we went to their office to discuss some more ideas we had. They made themselves available for us and spent more time with us. They had flexible payment arrangements and offered financing through multiple vendors.

We recently had a new roof and new gutters installed by New Look, and they did a terrific job. During the sales phase, Mossimo and Armando walked me through all of my options in detail, helping educate me every step of the way. Markos and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances -- my roof is very steep and has a number of dormers -- and cold weather. Jake was very professional and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend.
