Love this place. I got my storage unit in January 2021. That’s also when I met Tioni. She’s everything. Such a great soul and makes you feel at home. This place is amazing. I highly recommend it. Don’t forget to ask for “T”

Excellent Staff and facility, very clean and organized run business, safe and secure. I can't thank Tioni, and all the others I cannot recall all names but all have been so kind, helpful, also present to help us through such a difficult time (family loss). I highly recommend this location. Consistently warm/friendly efficient staff, Tioni sets the example, such a dignified role model, was patient/fair regarding billing help or adjustments, everything. We thank her and everyone else there. I highly recommend Guardian (this location) for any storage needs.

Blown away - I was in need of a meeting space and this location offers a free meeting room. The whole facility was quiet, clean, and well kept. Tioni, the property manager, was so nice and helpful! Looking forward to visiting again (never thought I'd say that about a storage unit facility!)

This is the best storage facility I have ever used and I've used quite a few. Super clean and the best manager you could ever find. Tioni will get you the best deal and bend over backwards to be sure you stay satisfied. Plus she and the staff are fun to talk to. You are going to want to just drop by your storage unit for a chat. Seriously I think we should all start having block parties there.

Tioni was very efficient and had great customer service to explain process and show us the facility. A slight problem arose in picking up the borrowed van when the prior customer didn’t return it on time, Tioni was very helpful and empathetic with the delay. We experienced and again showed great customer service and handling the situation. She is really on top of everything.

Tioni was a lot of help with everything, she even offered water before and after moving stuff, if y'all can, make sure she helps you!

When we moved out of our house in July, we thought it would be for a short period of time. We picked Guardian to store our belongings because the price for the amount of storage space we needed was a good deal. The climate-controlled space was also a huge factor, as well as having access to the moving truck. We ended up storing our belongings for 9 months, going in and out almost weekly to find things or add items to our unit. We never had any issues at all. The property manager, Tiani, is the friendliest person. From day one when she was showing us available units, to the day we moved out, she was amazing. She checked on us numerous times when we moved in, answered every question that we had, and checked on our movers the day we emptied our unit, offering them bottles of water and making sure things were going smoothly. She knows people by name and makes everyone feel welcome the minute they step in the office. We highly recommend Guardian Storage and would use their facility again if we needed to.

Access is easy. The units have an alarm when you are not on-site (don't give your code away). Everything is well lit and carts are readily available. The property manager Tioni was very helpful with a billing issue as well.

A storage unit is always for a reason and I have to say that I have had nothing but the most pleasant experience with speaking to Ms. Tioni Brown. She’s the property manager and the level of customer service with her is beyond belief. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND but it’s her character, it’s not just a job to her, she’s extremely personable. A storage unit for me is inconvenient but necessary and, she makes it extremely easy and very pleasant. Thank you Tioni, you are great at what you do!

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Hands down. From my first call to the property for rates and sizes, to when I walked in to meet with Miss T to sign my rental agreement. Just 100% WOW. The experience and professionalism from Miss T made me feel confident I made the right choice in choosing Guardian to store my valuables. I won’t choose anywhere else, and I’d prefer not to work with anyone else but Miss T. She is an incredible asset to Guardian. Came here after a bad experience at Atlas Storage in Verona. T was very helpful and reassuring that my stuff would be in good hands. Very clean, organized, and gave me peace of mind. Payments are easy along with move out.
My dad and I shared our locker and after he passed I fell behind. T worked with me and helped me. I’m grateful.

We love Guardian! The facility is clean, well lit, and I have confidence in the safety of our belongings. The office staff have been great - Linda was so helpful when we looked at moving to a larger unit, and Tioni - y’all Tioni is like family! She’s so positive, kind, and funny. We could just sit and chat with her all day! You can tell that not only is she good at her job, but she loves her job as well! Every interaction we’ve had with her has been above and beyond. We definitely recommend the Rt 22 Guardian facility and team to everyone!
