Mike and the whole team at UGP did a fantastic job for our custom tees for our production of "Once Upon A Mattress". From ordering through product delivery, everything was well managed and communication was frequent and appropriate. When we had a manufacturing defect on one of the tees, Mike took great pains to correct it for us right away. Five stars and all well deserved.

Excellent customer service, excellent design consultation, excellent delivery, and excellent quality of product. We ordered custom jackets for our department, and the products were outstanding. We regularly get compliments on the design, and the quality has been both sturdy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking.

I was blown away by the incredible customer service I received. After completing my order, the QA test found a small hole in one of the shirts. The team promptly notified me via email, and a replacement was already taken care of. I was impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the team. This company has made us shorts and giddies for our tree company. This last round we bought hoodies and the company did everything to try and resolve the issues and make it right. Not only did they reprint and send us new hoodies they did it at no extra cost. I honestly appreciate how they handle their company and their customer service is amazing. Wish more compatibles were like this. Nate helped us and has been professional the entire time and I never felt like a burden when emailing him my concerns.

I am so extremely pleased with my order!!!! The shirts are exactly how I designed them & corresponding via email with Ella made the whole process run smoothly! The online design was very easy with many products to choose from & many fonts and options. They are perfectionists, they have you confirm the design before fabrication to ensure thinks look as they should! They came exactly when they were supposed to which is great because we had a deadline for the local MSWalk next week! And shipping to my home was FREE!!! I plan on using these great folks again next year & so on!!

Underground Printing was extremely responsive and unbelievably helpful. I worked with them to provide my student organization tshirts, and they were patient throughout the whole process. They even helped give suggestions to the design I made to make it better on the shirts and were able to lessen the cost by working with a graphic on the back to make it a single color. Overall, my student organization will definitely be reaching back out to them next year when they need shirts again. Thank you Underground Printing, the shirts are even better than we expected!!

My experience with UGP was nothing short of amazing! I worked with Ellie on my order and she was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. The process is super easy and they have their own designers to help keep the cost low and ensure the design still looks fabulous. Will be using UGP for all future orders!

Purchased several Gildan cotton tees from UGP in mixed sizes , youth boy and girl, adult male and female, with customized heat print words on front.
Design process was easy, quote was reasonable and quality control to ensure accuracy of printing was very good. Tees will be used for family gathering in August so cannot yet comment on product quality. All in all UGP is highly recommended.
