The Auto House

The Auto House was great with me. Top notch service and staff. Karen took the time and put forth effort to make the customer was happy. Long story short- I took my new blower (used one time) to another authorized dealer for repair. The first dealer was very disorganized and didn’t ultimately fix the problem. After that I gave up and by luck found the Auto House via calling around. Karen looked up the service history and talked to the Arians corporate rep before I brought the machine in. They fixed it no issues. When went to pick it up they went over the entire machine with me. But what’s ironic is I think the Auto House primarily focuses bigger equipment- see their show room. Thank you to everyone at the auto house for helping me. This equipment is not cheap and it’s reassuring to have someone close who is capable of servicing a dealer sold machine.

We recently had a stealth hitch installed on our Volvo XC60. Couldn't be happier with the product, install, and service! I was a little nervous, knowing the bumper had to come off, but it all came out perfect. Awesome shop! Great people to work with!

I got my Stealth Hitch with active harness installed by them on a moment’s notice. They were just excellent. They communicated with the company to make sure I had all the parts I needed for a big cross country road trip. The hitch is towing no problem and I’m halfway there. Was able to modify their schedule to work me into theirs as I was only in town for a few days. Very satisfied.

I rented a U-haul trailer from the auto house, excellent customer service, fast friendly and helpful with the equipment I rented. Most of all it was very quick in and out with all the info needed. Great people and service. Definitely going back in the future.

So happy to have found The Auto House, and I expect to buy more here in the future. A family business that sells quality products. They know their products and they provide service with a genuine smile. This time, I purchased a Yakima Skybox for our Sienna minivan.

Rented a Uhaul cargo van for a move. Kathy was so nice and helpful! I was so irritable and just over the moving process and for 10 minutes, Kathy made my morning better. Van was clean and service was quick. Will keep them on my list for any vehicle needs.
