BMO Bank N.A Branches

I have to give a shout out to the branch manager here, Geri. She was incredible in assisting me with potential fraud on my debit card. She answered questions that I had with clarity and confidence, and had a new card in the mail for me immediately. Wonderful service! Thank you Geri!

I have recommended many people to BMO Bank. Carol and Geri are first class, as are all of the people working there. And their lending program for home purchase, led by Molly Barndt, is exceptional also.

I opened an account at B M O bank in Ashland Wisconsin and received wonderful warm and friendly service. I'll be doing my banking there from now on. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful 💕

I've never had an overall positive experience with BMO bank.

My first experience was with a security breach through HSA accounts in 2020.

Next was correcting information via a phone call (corporate, not local) where wait time was over 45 minutes.

Most recent was trying to order foreign currency - I was a customer like it stated but you need an account other than an HSA. What should have been a quick process took an hour and an additional bank account. The other currency came several days after their claimed 2 business days.

Thought I'd use the new account for their promotion to direct deposit. Met the criteria but come to find out you needed a promotional code wasn't made super clear from the start so I now don't have the $300.

So, every time what could have had a good experience, it was soured, which is a shame because the people at the local branch are nice to work with.
