Amazing company! The customer support is outstanding and extremely responsive. I ordered a Native Watercraft Titan 10.5 online to be shipped to me out in Kansas on a Monday and it shipped the same day and showed up to my house on that Friday! The freight packaging was outstanding. I’m so glad I found this place online!

Update: bumping this review up to 5 stars. The decals I mention below were easy to remove. I’ve since ordered a few more items from them and they always arrive super quickly. More importantly, they’re always fast to get hard to find items back in stock!

I ordered a bonafide ss107 on a Friday night and it was at my doorstep by the following Thursday. In great condition, and I even got to keep the moving blankets it came packed in.

I’m reducing one star because it was completely unexpected that two giant “fishing online” decals are plastered on the sides of my boat. When I pay for an item, I’m not advertising for the company unless I want to. Car dealerships are notorious for this. The decals also look terrible on this boat color so I’ll be removing them post-haste. Not really that big of a deal unless you’re OCD about appearance like me.

Otherwise, the service was great and the boat is in great condition.

I love when a small business can over compete with big box, providing better service & better pricing. Fishing Online took the payment I wanted to use, had my item of choice in their warehouse (not drop-shipped) and got it out the door late on a friday afternoon after I procrastinated. Ordered a couple bottles of Smelly Jelly, which as the name implies, is very stinky if spilled, Both bottles were well sealed in thick plastic, and well packed, and thus arrived perfectly intact. Nice little place. Great selection of fishing paddles, kayak accessories, bonafide kayaks, ram stuff, and general fishing stuff. There isn't another store with this type of quality stuff around, at least that I know of. I haven't bought anything there yet but prices looked to be competitive and the guy in the store was super nice. We we're stopping by to check it out and didn't realize that they don't open until noon, but the store clerk was there and let us in a little early. I would recommend this place and will be shopping there in the future.
