Pet Memorial Pittsburgh

Hubby and I just got our furson cash's remains today after a week ago that he had passed unexpectedly. And we are very very happy with everything! We are both still very sad of another furkid that went to rainbow bridge, but everything turned out beautiful ! Will use again in future.

I can’t praise this business enough. Our elderly dog passed away at home in my arms on Tuesday evening. After calling another business that claimed to pick up or quickly return phone calls and waiting for a half hour and not receiving a call back, I called Patrick.

As a family business owner myself, I fully understand that small business owners need time to themselves; but I was in shock and desperate for a solution as to what we should do, and having a quick response made our loss a little more bearable.

He kindly explained the process and our options to us along with offering advice on letting our other pets say their good bye’s. He asked if we wanted our dog’s ashes back and I remember it not being affordable when we used another service about 12 years ago for another pet, back when google wasn’t as informative is it is now. So I said “if we can afford it” and was surprised to find out that the prices are very reachable for an average working-class family. I wish I would have known about this business years ago when we lost our Mandi. My household and my extended family and friends will be frequenting this business from here on out when the need arises.

Although they do offer pick-up services which I can see being a valuable service in some instances, we came to the conclusion that we would tuck our baby in for the night and bring him in ourselves in the morning. When we took our dog in, we were met with kindness and compassion and were able to share stories with folks who are obviously pet lovers themselves. In addition to the cremation services and standard photo urn, we were able to select and add on a couple nice keepsake items to honor our lost fur baby.

I have nothing but great things to say about how much thought and care they seemed to put into creating a wonderful memorial for your pet. I just recently had to let go of my best little man Prince and they handled his cremation and I loved the photo and the mounted paw print with the extra step of painting it in with gold. Just so thoughtful. So happy to know he was in good handsl

I wanted to get my childhood pet cremated, I have never gone through the experience of having a pet cremated before. Patrick was very welcoming and kind, though it was a sad day, he made me smile and laugh. Everything came back beautifully and I am extremely satisfied. Will be recommending to others.

We just used Vereb Funeral home’s pet memorial service after an unexpected loss of our beloved cat. The woman who I initially spoke to on the phone was incredibly kind and very informative. I used the pick up service to have my pet picked up and the man who came was also incredibly kind and respectful. Patrick also surprised me with dropping off our pet for us at home when the process was finished. Vereb funeral home has a wonderful team that makes a difficult time more bearable. This is the second pet Vereb has memorialized for us. Thank you again!

Patrick helped make the process of bringing in our pup in very easy. Tho they offered pick up services we opted to drop her off instead. It wasn't a quick exchange but maybe like 15 mins tops. He took us in his office and gave us an option of putting our pup down on a table or holding her ( I opted to hold on to her for a little longer). We spoke briefly on the different options we would like. There were several different pricing options from low to high. Everything was explained and laid out simply. It was a rough day and Patrick was very compassionate and kind about our loss. I am so thankful that I did not have to find a place to bury her in the ground and she was cremated in a beautiful keepsake (which we received in about a weeks time). If you love your dog like a beloved member or your family I would highly recommend these services. Thank you so much Patrick. We were so thankful that you helped make Vixen's passing a little bit easier.

100% highly recommend. They were timely in pick up, and delivery of my pets remains. They were so compassionate, and treated my dogs final arrangements like the little queen she was. They sympathized with me, and made me feel like they cared, because I truly believe they do. Its a great value for the money, and they made the whole process so much easier to bare. Will definitely use them again. I can not praise them enough for offering direct pick up and delivery, and all the care taken in the entire process.

From the first conversation he was Caring, compassion and kind hearted and he treats you like family. Patrick was very sweet and caring when I lost my kitty a few weeks ago. He came to my house to pick her up and explained everything that they were going to do and they delivered her back to me in less than 2 weeks. They did a beautiful job with everything! My dog Louie was like a son to me so when he passed it was very difficult. Pat drove 50 miles to pick him up and help me with my grieving. He truly understood how I felt losing my pal of 16 years and for that I can’t thank him enough. Eternity Pet Memorial also supplied me with a great Memorial package that sits on my mantle today. These guys are the best at what they do and I highly recommend their services. 5 stars!

After 18 years of loving and loyal companionship, we just lost our family cat and our vet gave us the option of cremation services through Pet Memorial Pittsburgh. We could not be happier with the care our beloved Hannibal Moo received. The whole process was handled with reverence and respect towards our family, and most importantly, our pet. Patrick and his staff were just wonderful! They certainly understand and are empathic to our needs. They cared for Max as if he was their own. We highly recommended them to anyone.

Cant praise the way I was treated enough and my lord the the urn and pawprint are just incredible. It was nice to bring my baby home in such a beautiful way. Also a very reasonable price. Beyond satisfied through a horrible situation.
