Community Thrift Center

This place is Heaven if you are into thrifting. They sell everything here and its all very reasonably priced, too. It's important to check for tag sales since certain days mean discounts on certain departments. You can score big if you stop by on the right day. I try to come here whenever I'm in the area.

As of January 1, 2024 , this store is now closed for good . Is there another one around ?????

This store is 90% of my clothes. I will be sad when they close. Get what you can before the 30th

After many years community Thrift on babcock blvd is permanently closed. Will be missed

This thrift store is really wonderful! Great prices and even better savings. Plus a large selection. My only gripe - they staple the tags on. I'm a vintage seeker and it often causes damage, regardless of precaution when removing.

Ample handicap ♿ parking is available directly in front of the door, and the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair ♿ or a walker.

Decent selection of both adult men and women’s clothing and even better color tag sales. Kid’s clothing is sparse. There tends to be a decent-priced instrument for sale more often than not.

I love to come here to see what treasures I can find! They have sales on a daily basis that uses a color system, for example: pink 50%, yellow 50%, and blue 25%. These are discounts taken on items with the matching colored tags. Today I went and got some after Christmas specials: ANYTHING Christmas related was 10¢.

We have been going there for years, and WILL continue to do so! 😄 the prices are affordable, and the color tags sale discounts are actual substantial discounts. The owner and staff are always helpful and kind! The flow of new items in are daily, and that is one of the reasons we are there, at least, two times a week!

I freaking love this place. I've had some amazing finds at this place. I'd say a third of my five bedroom house has been decorated with things I've found here. Their linen section is the best! (Though I do think the pillows are a little over-priced)...I've found amazing curtains, cloth napkins, placemats, all super clean, neat and cheap. Clothes, art, kitchen stuff, jewelery...you never know what you'll fall in love with in this store. It's way better than goodwill - I just wish they were open more, I only have two days a week to spend money there! I LOVE this place!

Awesome thrift shop with a friendly staff. Typical discounting system with color of the week tags for 25 or 50 percent off.

Make sure you check their hours before planning a trip. Somedays they close early.

Love this place. Always new to you items stocked on the shelves each visit. You can find just about anything you need from clothes to interesting home decor!

Cool place to walk through and you never know what you might find 🙂 Aisles fairly wide apart and masks required so felt good shopping here during Covid 19 restrictions.

One of my absolute favorite thrift shops in the area. They have three discounted colors every day and a great kids section!

I got two very new looking clean pairs of dress pants for $11 total. Very nice staff there and great selection of merchandise.

I always always always score some great DVDs here. Mostly OOP BBC shows. I once spent $47 on BBC DVDs and sold them online for $228.
