Chick-fil-A

I travel through this airport very frequently and walk by this CFA a lot, but never stopped in for a bite until recently. Mainly never stop because the line is always insanely long (as with most CFA’s, as their food is generally amazing), so one morning when walking by I saw 2 people in line, so I stopped. The cashier was very friendly, as they always are. The place looked very clean and orderly and there was plenty of food being put in the warmer for guests.
I opted for something custom, knowing I’ve had to wait a few minutes, but it still didn’t take long at all. My food tasted GREAT! The spicy chicken, egg, & cheese biscuit I got was perfectly package, so it didn’t fall apart when I opened it and the alignment of the crown to the heel was perfect! Flavors were spot-on! The tater tots were excellent too.

Overall – Excellent experience! I’ll definitely stop in more often!

This Chick-fil-A location at the Pittsburgh International Airport has the same high standard as every other Chick-fil-A!!

First, their customer service was friendly and focused on serving people. There was a line (not like every other surrounding restaurant), but the team quickly received orders and delivered the food.

The menu is scaled down from regular stores, which is understandable.

The one thing that shocked me: the prices are the same!!! Chick-fil-A didn’t increase prices for the airport location! What a thoughtful leadership decision.

If you are at the Pittsburgh airport, this is a definite place to grab food!

After anxiously getting through security, I stumbled across a familiar territory and knew I just needed to stop here. No other location in the airport is quite as busy as Chick-fil-A, but the service was super quick to keep the line flowing. They had a limited menu to stick with their most popular sandwiches and drinks. They don't have milkshakes, full salad menu, and kids menus, but it didn't matter to most patrons. Also, to note, the Chick-fil-a app isn't accepted, so it's your typical order at the counter service. I did detect a hint of stress to the constant high volume, but they were still as courteous as the service typically is. I saw people try to wait for the line out so they can order food, but definitely worth it and makes traveling that much more delightful.

The same good food you’ll get at other Chick-fil-A restaurants, with the same good service. They only took a couple of minutes to fulfil my order despite how busy they were.

There is a seating area nearby where you can eat.

Nice folks and staff working this location (even at 5:00am). Food was prepared quickly and came out pipe in’ hot. Only downside was they were out of hash browns, but they subbed in waffle fries. Overall great experience and will stop back again.

My food was taking a bit longer then expected but workers made up for it with extra fries and two brownies. Thanks for going the extra mile!

I’ve tried several places 🥪 at Pitts airport and so far Chick-fil-A is the best option. Friendly staff who manage well despite the long lines and they’ve put a wet napkin along with fresh mint 🍬

This is the best chick fil a I've ever been to. Robert is so awesome that he took my order got me my drink and then bagged my food.

My all time favorite chicken sandwich with amazing sauces to chose from. Salads are plentiful, with delicious contents and awesome choice of dressings. The usual soft drink and coffee selections are stepped up a notch with cold Brew and frozen flavors offered as well. Should you be in the mood they offer traditional milkshakes of many flavors and seasonal selections as well. If you haven't already gone, don't waste time & treat yourself today!!

Took a while. But I got some fresh food. Also thank you guys for being 1 of the only places open at 5pm on a weekday in the airport.

I dont usually leave reviews. But this is the most consistent Chick-fil-A I've been to. The fries are always fresh and salted. The sandwhich is always cooked just right. I actually look forward to going here before each flight.

I was going to visit a friend in Asia whose favorite restaurant is Chuck-fil-a so I asked the manager if I could have a few extra chick-fil-a sauces (I believe Cierra was her name). Without hesitation she grabbed a bag and threw in a bunch of sauces. Great service with a smile there every time, love this location at the airport!

Wider selection than a Chick-fil-A Express, yet not quite the full menu. Offers the usual great food and service. No milkshakes, but they do have lemonade.

Awesome as usual. This is the best for everyone I way here. And you can tell everything is quality food and the workers always do a great job and have an awesome attitude. This is the only day food place that or family eats at on a regular basis.

Great food and price. Got stuck at airport and was turned away by many other eateries due to it being 8 PM.. your staff took care of everyone in line even though it was quitting time and did it with smiles on their faces. Thank you! You have a great crew.

Perfect airport lunch spot

Run super well, very kind staff and the food is excellent. I've never gotten the wrong order or had a staff member annoyed with me for asking for additional sauce which frequently happens elsewhere.
