Very lovely workers! They were politely and apologized for the wait we had to sit in during the drive-thru. Got a milkshake and some fries, I'd eat here again.

Shout out to Linda working the drive thru on 2/15 at 0945! Her enthusiasm about taking our order was genuine and perhaps the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Not to mention, she should be the voice actress for Siri or Alexa. In the words of John Green, “I give Linda 5 Stars.”
Also, the McMuffin was great too.

These people worked EXTREMELY hard and fast to accommodate the drive thru and the inside.

Can't eat in the restaurant yet, but one can now order inside. We choose to eat outside. Brought our own chairs. The "new normal" is getting easier.

All my food was hot and service was very friendly

This McDonald's in West View is mere minutes from my family's house, so when I'm in town and in a pinch for something quick this is the spot. Even when there are long lines they move fast. I've both dined in and utilized the drive thru here, and I have never had a problem or bad visit. The workers are always nice, the restaurant is clean, etc. Its even in a cool location on the side of the hill where it is the only business. Only thing that would make this one even cooler?? Put in a Playland. Sure its probably not feasible, but one can dream back to the 80s when things were much simpler...and big macs were $1.60...

Always a good stop for a quick meal

By far one of the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to!! Order accuracy is very good. I often stop by to use the drive through on my way to work for a quick bite to eat. I always ask for my fries extra crispy and they never disappoint! I regularly used to sit down and have a cup of coffee with my friends in the mornings before Covid. The inside of the restaurant is well maintained and cozy. Perfect for the sleepy little town of West View!

I liked my food, but the kind staff attempted to deceive me! I ordered a Big Mac sammich, and asked if it came with pickles. They said no, and when it came, my pickle allergy flared up! Luckily I was able to get them off and enjoy my sammy, please don’t try and preposterously put people in pickles like you did to me McDonalds.

Service has improved a lot, managers have better people skills, it's cleaner and more professional now. The new manager, Stephanie is very polite and respectful, also handles customers and problems with a calm professional manner and that's very hard to find in a fast food restaurant. 2 thumbs up 👍👍

I had to wait for sweet tea because it WASN'T out with the pop display. But employees apologize. They were busy but very nice.

Quick service. Great workers.
I've never got an incorrect order, even when hitting the drive through at rush hour.
The quality of the food is always as good as McDonald's can be, too.

Store has been remodeled. Offers self ordering kiosks and table service. Food was freshly prepared and piping hot. Interior was immaculate. Enjoyed my breakfast. Thanks for adding the Big Breakfast with steak. Not too many on the area have this on the breakfast menu.

I have been stopping to get an iced caramel coffee and oatmeal. They are so good. And the employees make you feel like they are glad to see you.

Only had a few minutes to have a snack. Ordered at the counter not at the kiosk and didn't wait long. Had a quarter pounder without the bun which was hot and fresh. Would go back again.

Often times in the morning I go to McDonald's to get my coffee before I go to Burger King to get my food. You can't beat the price for the coffee you get a large for a dollar. Usually in the mornings it doesn't take long to get through the drive-thru so I give them 5 stars.

I truly think the best, freshest Big Mac I've EVER eaten

Great employees and fresh food. We asked for unsalted fries and they had no problem doing it for us

On the app being able to reduce salt and customize is great and this store did a very good job!
