Well, I've been here several times before, and I've already posted a review for The Betsy Shop after I had breakfast there just one time and have been there again, so I think it's time I posted for this place too. I gotta tell ya, it's refreshing to come into a place that is always inviting and where you feel comfortable and the people working there are friendly and all enjoy what they're doing, which makes a huge difference in how they do their job. I worked in food service for about a third of my work life, in retail for about the same and now I'm finishing the final third of my work life in a call center, doing what is supposed to be "customer service". My most memorable work experiences have always been the ones I really enjoyed. Anyway, I really like this place because everyone who works here, seems to enjoy what they're doing.There aren't very many places around this area where you can go and really relax and just be yourself and you can also get great service and very good food in a clean environment, and the Great Allegheny Passage Trail is right outside the door! Does it get any better in this part of Allegheny county folks? I don't think so 🤔 Try it. You will like it, for sure 😊

Hello my name is Shane.I have been going to richs for years now.The service is great,the beers are cold and the food is delicious.The bartenders are fast at what they do.The best part about this place is the owner himself and his son.They have always treated me like family there and he will never tolerate people fighting or being drunk and can’t drive.He has offered me rides home on different occasions.The atmosphere is great and the people are like family there in that small town.Rich is not only running a great bar but he owns the Betsy shop next to it and my kids love the food there and so do I.Never had a bad experience with the bar or restaurant.We need more owners like this in small towns.So if you haven’t been there I highly recommend it

A group of 4 of us stopped here for dinner and ended up coming back later for a little pool. A great local spot that was very convenient and friendly. There was a lot of food options and everything we ordered tasted great. I had the meatball sandwich with pierogies as a side. The staff at the bar and table were very nice and very helpful - it turned into a legendary night.

Love Rich's! Food is incredible and the staff are awesome folks. Great spot for an after walk drink. I always find myself coming back time and time again. The kitchen is also open late.

Delightful experience. The decor is high end for the Pgh area and impecably clean. The sweet young bartender was extremely knowledgeable about the operations and a top professional. Food and beverages were more than fairly priced. The food was delicious and presented charmingly. The ample customers were very warm, interacting and friendly. This is a five star 🌟 Pgh neighborhood pub hidden away in Lil Boston.

Great food, the place is an absolute hidden gem, you have to go try them out. Tiffany was in the ball with food and service.

Clean friendly environment! Staff are very friendly, respectful and attentive.
Food is great! The owner is a very social and successful businessman that visits to keep his place in running perfection. The Staff are very cautious about covid and the laws surrounding the pandemic. Measures are taken at the front door including temperature monitoring and questioning of any risk and traveling outside of the country and or contact with anyone who has been exposed.

Always a very friendly atmosphere filled with great people and staffed by amazing bartenders. The food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable.

I live 20 minutes away and pass many bars on the way to this one because it's the best in the area.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The only bartender that knows how to make a good lemon drop in the area lol.

Awesome place. The bartenders remember you by name. Been going there for awhile now, and never had an issue. Very fair prices.

It's always the best ! The food,drinks, atmosphere, and the employees are the best you will find and the owner will do whatever it takes to please every customer. He cares about his customers and his employees. Can't get much better !!!

Their Slopping Joe's are awesome.It was fast and got me back home.I was on the trail. The bartender brought it out to me today about 330 pm.That was very nice of her.She was super nice. Thank you

Great little American bar & kitchen. Awesome lean beef burgers, fair beer prices. There is Karaoke, Pool, smoking, gambling, and a lot of laughs
