I had heard mixed reviews about getting a fitting here. I had Tom as my representative and I could not be happier. Explained every step of the process, got me several different clubs to try out. Ended up finding a club that added more carry, club speed, ball spin. I can not wait for my new clubs to come in and cannot thank Tom enough for his help. Will definitely be back.

I bought a set of Callaways there the other night, great clubs. A young guy named Harley was on hand to help answer questions and was excellent to deal with. Before buying the set I was even able to try them out in their indoor driving simulator facility — which was awesome. What was even better was that Harley was able to give me a couple of pointers (I’m just getting started) and his tips immediately improved my swing. And he’s technically not even one of their instructors! Having been there a few times I’ve met several of the staff and I believe they’re very good….not just high school kids doing a “a job” but people that are really into the sport of golf and passionate about it. I’ve read some bad reviews of the store, but it was a top notch experience in every way during my several visits.

I recently had a fitting for a new set of irons and had a great experience. I was helped by Austin and he did a great job explaining what the different measurements meant as well as how he was adjusting the different clubs I tried out. Never at any point was he pushing one club over another or pressuring me by any means to make a sale. Overall I had a great time and would highly recommend the service.

A great selection of clubs, shoes and golf clothes, and gear. The friendly helpful staff will go out of their way to find your fit for all of their products. They get it right from having all available sizes on hand to finding clothes in the colors you want without the divisiveness found elaewhere.

I was fitted by Austin for a new driver. It was a great experience. He was very professional and thorough, not forcing me towards any particular brand. I had purchased a set of irons 2 years ago and had the same experience. Highly recommend!

I don't golf often, and have limited knowledge of club models. The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of my visit, and exceeded my expectations.
A few days after my purchase, I had an issue with a club. When I called the after hours number, they were willing to rectify the issue without question. However, I decided to go back to this location because the service I had previously received. I explained my issue, an without hesitation, they began explaining the steps the were taking.

I needed assistance twice. They had me leaving completely satisfied both times. What more could a customer all for

They were very helpful and had a lot of products in stock to choose from.

Golf Galaxy brought the technology, Harley brought the knowledge. Went in for a driver fitting and learned things I didn’t know were possible. Eventually will get irons and putter fitted but only from Harley!

Ed Hill did an excellent job of club fitting, recommending a different club length and offering his insights both on the clubs and swing analysis. The tracking technology is amazing. We purchased the clubs at golf galaxy even though we could have gotten for less elsewhere. The service was the key. Also the store's social distancing and safety precautions were well marked and reinforced which was very reassuring.

Had a great experience getting fitted for golf clubs. They were honest and didn't try to sell me. Ended up I only needed a small adjustment to my own clubs. I will be back for all my golf needs thanks.

This is the best Golf Galaxy I have been to. Everyone is very knowledgeable and wants to help. Eric especially has been amazing. I have had both a driver and iron club fitting so far from him and the knowledge and help he gives makes everything much easier. Spending money on clubs can be hard, but when you have someone who explains everything in great detail and makes sure you know why they are suggesting a certain fit it makes the whole experience that much easier/better

Seen a lot of negative reviews and was skeptical about what i was going to experience. Went to the store to buy a whole new golf club set. store was nice. huge selection, good layout. was approched nicely by several associates about needing help or anything while i was browsing. Then we encountered a gentleman named Bill. He was super nice, very attentive, answered questions when asked and had no problem helping any chance he could. made the whole golf fitting experience fun (it was my first time) and even helped pick out new shoes and other items. If you go ask for Bill, you won't be disappointed. overall i had a great experience there.

Had an appt to get fitted for clubs. Ed was the gentleman that helped me out. Extremely helpful and patient. We spent about 2 hrs working on a couple things and getting the right length. I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews, but my experience was nothing but positive.

Got fitted for irons and woods and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Very nice, professional, and it’s clear they are trying to get you the right equipment.

Just recently had a golf lesson with Scott and it was great! He really took his time explaining everything in which it made sense. I really liked the video recording of my swing so I can how I am swinging. I will be definitely be taking more lessons with Scott. Awesome job!

I had a big golf outing coming up and needed help with prizes. Pat the manager was super helpful and I can’t thank him enough for all the help he provided. Highly recommend golf galaxy and if you need anything Pat is the man.

I had an iron fitting with Steve and it was a great experience. He was very knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend him and Golf Galaxy for your next fitting.

Went in for a driver fitting, but found out I had a swing issue. It wasn't busy and they brought in their pro to help me with my swing so I could pick the right driver. They went above and beyond. Great place!
