I am overwhelmed with the special piece of jewelry JAB created for my daughter’s 50th birthday. It was taken from a basic bracelet to an elegant diamond necklace. Something that will be passed down from generation to generation. My heart will always be attached to that. Christine and Laura went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and trusting with this special project. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart❤

We worked with Michael to design our dream engagement ring and had the best experience! We had been shopping around the typical big box jewelers to get an understanding for diamond basics, ring settings, etc., but soon realized those stores wouldn’t offer the level of customization we wanted (eg pick our own side stones).

Once we arrived at JAB, we found our ideal diamond and marquise sapphire side stones, designed our ring, built a CAD model, and received the finished product on time and in beautiful condition!! Michael has a ton of expertise in stones and offered us helpful guidance and the ability to test out how materials looked as we decided on them.

I highly recommend JAB for any custom jewelry. If you’re looking for lots of physical engagement ring settings to browse, you should shop around stores or look online first for inspiration since JAB’s showroom is more limited in terms of size and variety of settings on the floor. Once you have something in mind, you can set up an initial design consult and go from there.

I have had the pleasure working with Michael over the past year. I previously had a very bad experience with my wedding set and he was able to give me a ring that is more beautiful than I ever imagined. He was great to work with and answered all my questions. I would recommend Michael and JAB.

I bought an estate ring and am also in the process of having a natural Alexandrite ring made. I have worked with most of the staff and they are lovely and very attentive! I am very pleased with everything and will keep coming back to JAB!

JAB did a phenomenal job repairing 2 of my favorite & most worn rings! John helped me at my initial visit and Michael helped me when I went to pick them up and both men were great to work with and very helpful and informative. What really sold me was the fact that this is a family owned business and they do all of their repair work in house— which I loved since these 2 pieces are meaningful to me so I didn’t have to worry about them being shipped away and potentially getting lost. I will be recommending JAB to everyone who is looking for a new family jeweler!

My sister and I were extremely pleased with our experience at JAB jewelers. The owners were super nice, attentive, and welcoming. We went for permanent bracelets but glanced at their jewelry selection and they had a wide variety of stunning pieces, and we love our bracelets! I would definitely return to this jewelry store. This is my second time working with the great people at JAB, the first being when I had a custom engagement ring made, and this time for our wedding bands and gifts for our parents.

Everyone we worked with on their staff was very friendly, and their ability to work with clients to bring any design to life is not only amazing but very easy, and every step of the way we were given either wax models or 3D mock ups to make sure everything was prefect before the final production.

We were working on a tight deadline with short notice (our fault for planning it that way of course) and the JAB team was still able to complete 7 peices for us before the deadline. Everything came out beautifully, and they will absolutely have our business again when we need any jewelry made or repaired!

I can't thank Michael and the team here at JAB enough for making a dream of mine come true! I had a custom necklace design that I had been designing myself for a long time. They truly made my vision into reality. Everyone here is extremely kind, attentive, and hard working. Michael met with us and worked with us as many times as we needed until it was just right. Designed my fiancé's engagement ring here. The process was easy, I was very impressed on the amount of things that they were able to do in terms of design and customization. I had heirloom diamonds and they kept everything on site my diamonds never left the building. They are always so welcoming and a pleasure to work with!

JAB is definitely the best jeweler in the area. My family has used JAB for 5+ years. My most recent experience, I just got engaged with my fiancé grandmothers ring. We took it to JAB to get an appraisal done. Unfortunately there was some damage to the 30 year old ring that we weren’t thinking about. John went above and beyond to have all the repairs done in a shorter period of time than usual, and the work was absolutely stunning. I can’t be more happy with the whole experience that JAB provided.

At the recommendation of a trusted friend, I brought my heirloom engagement ring in to be repaired. Upon drop off, Christine gave my ring a thorough inspection, a recommendation to resize for a proper fit, and before I left I knew exactly how much it would cost. Once finished, my ring looked brand new! Not only mended and resized to fit me perfectly but also cleaned beautifully.
Overall my experience at JAB was so positive, thanks to the quality work and attention from kind and talented folks who are experts in their craft. I will most definitely return!

Amazing place! Everyone was super nice and helpful. I got two permanent bracelets in one session and the lady doing it was very good! I highly recommend JAB Jewelry, as their products are very pretty and good quality! They also had many options to choose from, which made the decision hard, but I’m very pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience!

I had diamonds and emeralds that I inherited from my grandparents and my mother-in-law. I wanted to reset my engagement and wedding bands to incorporate these additional stones. I worked with Michael Kelley to design my new rings. He is so creative, patient and had great ideas. He introduced me to the concept of euro shank ring shape and the advantages of platinum settings. The craftsmanship is outstanding. The care and attention to detail in every step of the process is clearly evident. I absolutely love my new rings and can’t stop looking at them! I highly recommend JAB Jewelers and especially Michael. I will be going back in a few months to create right hand stacking rings with my remaining gem stones. I can’t wait!

I worked with Christine to make some of my favorite pieces more wearable. I trusted JAB to do an amazing job modifying my Tiffany earrings to be for pierced ears. I always go to JAB for my repairs or modifications- I can trust they will do an impeccable job with my most sentimental pieces. Would recommend them for the quality and customer service.

I walked into JAB Jewelers not knowing anything about the company. Being fairly new to Pittsburgh (4 years) I was very leery to leave my diamond rings with anyone to have work done. My fears were allieved after meeting with Michael Kelley. I took a dated emerald necklace into JAB and Jim gave me great options. He transformed a piece that was sitting in my closet and never worn into a beautiful necklace that I wear everyday. Thanks JAB for updating my jewelry into something I love to wear. Not pushy and very patient!
