Cralls Flower Shop

I had a good experience with this flower shop and it was the first time I had used them. The owner did a very nice job on my arrangement and was happy to add some embellishments that I dropped off to her. There were alot of favorable comments from people at the funeral home

I had ordered a corsage for my daughter for the father daughter dance that is in two days from a different florist, she texted me last minute and said she would no longer be able to do and since I didn't pay in advance she can't guarantee she'd be able to make it... I called cralls, I didn't have high hopes since it's sort notice and valentine's day is in a few days. They didn't even hesitate, they said they'd be able to get it done!!! Very nice gentleman I spoke with, can't wait to see what it looks like

Side note: this isn't the first time I've ordered flower arrangements from them, they always do a nice job!!

I have ordered flowers twice from Cralls & the flowers were gorgeous on both occasions. I recommend Cralls to family & friends. I have yet to hear of a bad experience.

I got my daughters corsage for the daddy daughter dance here, and her face lit up. Very nice people in there.

They made the most beautiful arrangement for my friend in the hospital and they smelled so good

I had purchased my grandsons homecoming flowers from here and his girlfriend loved them!

This is my second time ordering from here and I am beyond pleased.

I am a florist and things happen to get crazy in a flower shop. They have been my go to for as long as I can remember. My family is from Mon Valley and I love to send things.
This Christmas my cousin by marriage lost her mother and I wanted to send my Aunt a gift of flowers.

My aunt said the flowers are beautiful. However, the flowers never arrived at the funeral home. Later I found out they never received anything because I had mentioned to them that I was sending a peace lily.

When I inquired to the man that took my order about the flowers, he said for me to call the funeral Director. He was very angry because he said he delivered it.

I called the funeral director. She wanted me to call another funeral home to ask them if it happened to be delivered to them that lead to that senior Director, calling the family of a deceased man.
They haven’t received the flowers either after speaking to them.

That led to another conversation with the man that took my order. He again was very angry, and wanted to call me back later after he spoke with the funeral director.
After waiting most of the day for another callback from him, I called him and he said that she said there was no flowers. And he took responsibility and did say he was sorry. He wanted to give me my money back, and I told him I would prefer him still taking a Peace Lily to the family and I thought that would be all. I would have been happy.

However, today, when the flowers were delivered to the family that is grieving over their loss, mother. The florist and driver are dropped off the flowers and were rude to the family.

This was an act of kindness which led to multiple conversations. Being treated unkind by the florist. As I said before, I am a florist, and I know this is a difficult occupation to be in, but there’s no need for this. The flower shops in this area has someone to come to the door and you can deliver it to the funeral directors. This florist should start doing this.

Ordered a memorial throw for a funeral. The wrong throw was delivered. I called to ask why I was never contacted and to see if there was anything that could be done. I was met with extreme rudeness and attitude. Was told I never answered when they tried to contact me. But I was NEVER contacted. Not through email or phone calls. They did offer to exchange the throw but it did not seem like they really wanted to. I was also told that they answered the phone on their day off and when I said that the website said they were open I was told "well we aren't" It was just not a pleasant phone call. And I felt like the shop was blaming me for them never contacting me. I will not be ordering from the shop again. I was highly disappointed

My order for mother's day was delivered a day early and to the wrong address. I gave specific instructions on the delivery due to past issues of deliveries going to the wrong house next door.

When my Mom called to work out a correction, she was met with a nasty attitude and hung up on. When she called back she was berated by the owner saying "she's not dealing with rudeness and you can call all day if you want"

When I called (4 times before they would pick up which clearly triggered them more) I was met with a rude owner accusing my mom of being rude even when my mom apologized for any perceived rudeness and only trying to get to a resolution.

The owner is a nasty rude woman with 0 customer service skills and compassion. Get out of the florist business if you are this miserable to berate customers on a mistake that was cleary made on behalf the company.

Horrible customer service - rude. I ordered flowers on their website, typed in my card, and the card was hand written and sloppy. The flowers were shriveled also. I called to let them know after the funeral. They refused to accept anything was wrong. I did not even ask for money back. They hung up on me 3 times.

The card was written poorly and not as indicated on the order. The deceased name was in the signature area. & flowers had brown edges.
When I called, the women were rude, unapologetic & hung up on me. Do not use.
