Mon Valley Memorial Park

Very quick response to my info request for a grave location! Beyond just telling me the locations they sent me scans of park maps with highlights of the location, and told me just what their hours are and that they are willing to help if I am there, or if I need any more help and I’m not in the area. Now that’s the kind of great response and attitude I really appreciate.

These people have been very caring at my time of need when parents have passed away. Very helpful when making my arrangements. GREAT PEOPLE!

They are so wonderful, they go above and beyond.

In short, the cemetery administration is using the mausoleum (chapel) as a storage shed for their mechanical hydraulic lift. This practice is very irreverent and disrespectful to the deceased and to their loved ones. My family has addressed this with management over the years with no results… definitely not what we signed up for! Go elsewhere if you can. This practice is unacceptable by any standards. Build a garage, please.

There’s been no response from the management. Nothing has changed since the original review. It’s just disappointing.

Our family is extremely disappointed with the condition of the mausoleum where our mother and father are interred. We have brought our concerns to the corporate office with no resolutions made. The vault lift has been inside the main mausoleum for years now, dirty and covered in a filthy tarp. It blocks the main walk-in area. It had been in front of many family memorials not allowing family to visit. So very disrespectful to say the least. The overall condition of the area is in need of an extensive renovation.
So upset to be writing this on Easter Sunday.
Doesn’t even deserve one star!!
