Carol's Confections & Souvenirs

I work in station square, and this is typically my "go to" place for snacks and drinks. They have a better selection than other local stores, or the vending machines, with a comparative price. The up-side of this place is that they have some "specialty items". It's not just a store buying and up charging something you can find anywhere else. They have home-made fudge, and it's amazing and well priced. I believe it's like $15 a pound? I could be totally wrong, but they do offer discounts for 1lb+ purchases. There's a place in the Strip District that charges $20 a pound and she tells me they got voted "best fudge in PA by Hershey". I don't know if that's true, but I do know that Carol's Fudge is better than the lady outside of the Pittsburgh Macaroni Company. They have seasonal things that I always look forward to, for example, seasonal fudge, and even Irish Potatoes (coconut & ground cinnamon), for anyone that has had that before. It's definitely worth a visit. The owner and his family work there, with a few added employee's, but they're always friendly and like to chat about random things.

Best special Hot Chocolate mix and freshly made fudge on the premises and awesome Ice cream for cones, sundaes or my favorite is a multi flavor milk shake. Next door be sure to look and but yourself an awesome Pittsburgh souvenir. Carol and Scott are great!

A great family owned store. Homemade fudge, Hershey ice cream and Sarris Chocolate! They're relocating in Station Square because of their old space being taken over by a major tenet. Reopening in October 2018.

This is my "go to" store and yes they are open for business even with the ongoing construction at Station Square so don't miss out. Not just ice cream and fudge. They have an array of snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and even everyday items that you may need. Not to mention the nicest people ever.

Went here to get some icecream and walk around. Super friendly service!! It was nice to chat and the icecream was great. I also bought Sarris Candies and a pop, which was also delicious. The store will be moving soon but I will definitely have to find it again! Great experience

Best store at Station Square, the only one left! Good place to go for drinks, popcorn, candy and ice cream. They also accept Android Pay which is a plus. Friendly owner's.

Amazing place to check out. The candy is excellent. The staff are very friendly. And prices are about average. The store is very clean and well stocked.
