Extra Space Storage

I needed a temporary space for my furniture moving across the country while I looked for a place. I called Extra Space and they were wonderful. Shawn was so great at helping me from start to finish. He was friendly and made sure my experience was perfect. I am so pleased at the move in and out process and I highly recommend this place.

Great, friendly customer service team. Shawn and Roxy made sure I had everything I needed BEFORE I arrived and put my mind at ease. It is a great perk that they offer to accept mail/parcels at their address while you get acclimated with tour personal situation. Two👍🏿 s up!!!

5 stars strictly because of Roxanne. My daughter, cousin (aunty) and myself entered that facility about 20 minutes before closing time. We were immediately met with great energy!
I explained what we needed. Roxanne showed us 3 different units on various floors. That day I left my home planning to view 2 storage facilities, but after our experience with Roxanne i didn’t want to view another and we decided to rent. She was beyond efficient and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with how quickly she got everything done (yet we never felt rushed)! The facility was very clean and well lit, and Roxanne was the best!

Roxy is the best! She is very personable and professional. She made me feel comfortable with the choice I made to use this storage facility. She was patient and went over everything I needed to know. She eased some of the stress and anxiety that comes with moving. I’m am very appreciative! She needs a raise and a promotion. People like Roxy should be highly valued!

This storage unit is wonderful easy access makes you feel safe with all your house hold items very spacious, can fit 2 bedrooms some are bigger if needed. The plus is they give you a lock for with a key or combination which ever you prefer. Definitely using again

Extra space storage is awesome I love it here! The manager Shawn was very helpful and informative! I feel safe leaving my items here and the prices are decent for what unit I’m taking! I recommend this space for anyone looking for storage.

Mt experience with Extra Space Storage on Brinton Road was outstanding. From start to movin Roxy provided our family with excellent customer service. She is a gem. The facility is neat and clean. They have everything on site you need to make your move in with ease. The web site is easy to navigate. Providing the ability to sign up, pick unit size, and pay your bill. I highly recommend Extra Space on Brinton Road. Ask for Roxy you'll be pleased, we are.

Beyond excellent service. Rox and Shawn are awesome. They are very responsive and helpful. The location is great! The grounds and units are extremely clean. I’m satisfied and would suggest anyone to explore this location.

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Two levels each with door access. Roxy was so nice had everything prepared when we arrived. As a first time user of a storage unit, she made the experience easy.

Roxy is amazing! When I first spoke to her on the phone she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I therefore chose this facility. Upon arrival, she was welcoming, friendly and professional.

This is the best storage place I’ve used. The price is great (I couldn’t find a storage unit in PGH cheaper), and the facility is new and clean. Sean from the office even called to follow up on my experience. Add to that the very generous access hours- 6a to 10p- and you couldn’t ask for more! I almost want to write a bad review so this place stays a secret! Definitely give Extra Space a look if you want a storage unit.

The staff is courteous and professional! The answered all of my questions thoroughly and clarified anything I was unsure of! The property and office are super clean and the grounds are well maintained!! Best of all I got a very good rate on my unit!

We needed a facility quick. Extraspace was by far the most affordable. I dealt with two staff members that were helpful, patient and empathetic to or situation. The process of signing up was quick. The facility is clean and well kept. Most of all it was affordable and convenient.

Couldn't be happier with choosing ESS for my storage needs. Super clean, super convenient and very friendly staff. Fair pricing too, unlike their competitors that gouge for sub-par units. No regrets. This place is solid. If you store anywhere else you should jump ship.
