We had a problem with my daughter’s iPad and taking it to the Apple Store was our last resort. Sam knew exactly what to do and saved the day. Thank you Sam your customer service was awesome today!

I really dont mind going to this store. Its usually not insanely busy and its always a fairly quick process. Aaron was my guy this time around and he was super helpful and good conversation.

Dan greeted us very professionally we were in a bad way Verizon wouldn’t help us said it was an apple problem. Apple needed service to help us it was a Verizon problem we were back n forth 4 times to each store before Derek from apple finally stayed on the phone with Verizon for an hour n half to solve the problem it was a nightmare.. big shout out to Derek and Dan from apple… Verizon was to lazy to help..

The man who greeted me walking in and Nico helped me with my MacBook. I was in a stressful situation and they were helpful and calm when working with me. Big thank you to them and my experience was definitely pleasant!

The man who took care of my boyfriend and I, was pretty awesome. He was enthusiastic about his job and had a wonderful personality. He made the experience fun and inspired me to write a good review. I need to go back and find out his name so I can give him a shout out lol

Due to other reviews I expected to wait for hours. As soon as I arrived I was checked in and within 15 minutes was greeted by an exceptionally knowledgeable lady. They took care of all the iPhone problems I had even though Best Buy couldn’t solve them. Good job apple on your choice of associates. Extremely happy.

The one star reviews here humor me since they are likely from disgruntled Samsung/Android groupies. The reality is that the wait times here are long, even with a scheduled appointment, but that’s because this location is almost always packed and busy. However, the staff here have always been super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 6 last year took a nasty fall and needed to have the screen replaced. Turns out they couldn’t get the screen to lay properly so they ended up giving me a replacement refurbished iPhone 6! I’m still using my phone with no issues over a year later. My wife and I bought our first iMac here in 2004, and we just replaced it a few weeks ago with a new iMac not because the old one stopped working but because it would no longer accept new software and updates. What PC lasts 13 years?! Our old, white, polycarbonate iMac is still working and is now at my mother-in-law’s house so she can learn to use a computer. Apple makes amazing quality products that are intuitive and sleek. Their products are not only functional but artistic. I’m glad to have made the switch from PC all those years ago and will continue to come here for all my Apple product needs.

Excellent store. Beautiful, well organized and well stocked. There were many team members available to answer questions and comfortable places to sit. A shout out to expert, Tony, who was extremely helpful and answered all our questions making us comfortable with our purchase choices and even leading us to upgrade from the model we originally thought we might purchase. As well he was helpful suggesting additional products and services when we explained our needs. We will definitely be back to this store for all our family and business needs! A+ Highly recommended.

Came in last night, January 5th , 6:30pm for a battery replacement on my iPhone 11. I cannot remember for the life of me the name of the associate who helped me when I arrived but he was stellar. ( mustache, vans shoes, jack-o’lantern tattoo) As was everyone else in the store. Had my battery replaced and allowed me to wait in store after closing time for it. Had friendly conversation with the remaining employees. I’ve had service done here before and everyone who has ever helped me has been over the top polite, personable and knowledgeable. Apple makes it very easy to set up service appt online so it’s always a breeze when I go to this store.

I made a call directly to the store and Anthony was extremely helpful regarding my on-line purchase of an iPhone 14. It had been a while since I purchased a phone and he took the time to answer each question I had. AWESOME!!

My Genius Bar representative found I didn’t need a repair I thought I needed and advised me to wait. His clear diagnosis of my MacBook saved me money. Great service!

Sam was great. I needed a new iPad because the front of mine shattered. Heade sure everything downloaded from my old iPad onto my new one. Everyone I dealt with was super nice!.

The service was literally the best! Went to get my XS Max and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and nice experience! Absolutely willing to recommend this to everyone!

I went into the store this past weekend as my WORLD crashed when my phone would not turn on. PJ one of the managers assisted me and let me tell you he was amazing. My phone was in fact dead and PJ gave me all of my options and quickly got me a new phone. I finished my experience with Liz who was so much fun but most of all knowledgeable and she got all of my data uploaded to my new phone. I left the store very happy and feeling well taken care of.

Came to the store 30-40 minutes before store closing time to find a solution to my iPhone 8 with broken Touch ID button. Decided and left with brand new screen (because my had deep scratches anyway) and new Touch ID button, phone looks and works like new for $159. Big thanks to Kai and repair professional for not letting me do another trip to the store next day for actual service.

Apple stores sometimes get bad reputations for incompetence, but this one had knowledgeable associates. The lady at the Genius Bar was kind and guided me through the whole process of diagnosing my computer and even told me how to fix it on my own. Worth a trip.
