I love this store! Friendly staff, great quality clothes and toys and more. I’m expecting my first baby in a month and most of his clothes are from this store right here!

Always a good selection with decent prices. Never had an issue with staff, always pleasant! When I go to sell, I've never had them refuse everything. There is always something they'll take, which I consider a win. I know going in that i won't make a fortune selling but its better than nothing. Also, when my son came a month early and I had no newborn clothes, I was so grateful that I could get what he needed for a great price.

This location is my favorite in the Pittsburgh area. I have never had a problem with the staff or the selection! Beautiful clothes. Great clearance sales all the time.

Anyone who is selling ANY items back to any type of store, whether it is books or clothes, etc. should know they you will never get a full value for your items. Most often you receive cents on the dollar. The store would have to jack up their prices, thus chasing away the customers looking for bargains. This is simple supply and demand. And I don't know who would buy clothes or equipment that smell or have spots. I think the seller's expectations might be a bit too high.

I do wish they were open at 9am on Saturdays though :)

Friendly staff, and easy to sell to. Love getting the text when done. Also love their new electronic points system! No more keeping track of cards! And they always pay fairly for a resale shop, just keep in mind they have to make a profit so of course you aren't going to get what you would selling yourself, but the ease makes it worth it. Just wish they offered to donate the items they can't take like Kid to Kid does!

I certainly need what they sell! They keep the isles shopable and not overloaded. I appreciate the staff and how kind they are when bringing in cloths & baby stuff to sell. Check it out for special occasion cloths and everyday stuff too. (Don’t forgot to peek at the cribs/high chairs/swings etc for a super deal!)

Very clean store and staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed by the quality of the merchandise. You can tell that they only accept gently used items and I appreciate the fact that when I walk into this store I don't have to sort through smelly worn out merchandise to find something nice. I have purchased many cute outfits and toys that were in great condition. I would recommend this store to any of my friends. Great job!

Huge variety of kid's clothing from infant on up. Quality merchandise. Not cheap, but very nice, clean, organized selection. Lots if name brand items. Cashiers are friendly and courteous. Rewards program. Will definitely be back!

Woooooow, I'm surprised at all of these negative reviews but I notice a trend, the complainers are people trying to sell!! But I digress... I LOVE this location and prefer this location over Robinson Town Centre. Associates are always pleasant, the selection is great every season, it's never cluttered and they even have a little play area for the kids (and I do mean little, but still). My shopping experience is just always pleasant. I will literally drive from the west side of town to come here, then drive back to go to Robinson for my other errands! It's that serious for me lol

I love once upon a child. 2x a year, spring and fall. I clean out my kids toys, clothes etc they have grown out of and end up with 3 big bins of clothes 2 or 3 bins of toys. I take it to once upon a child an get a lot of money. What I dont sell there I take to kid to kid an what doesnt sell there I donate to women an children shelters etc. Most i ever got at once upon a child was 260 dollars. Least i ever got was 55dollars. They take nice things. They dont want stains. Odors. Pet or human hair. Ragged or runned downed clothes. They want nice clothes. I mean would you buy a pair of pants with the knees wore in covered in hair an smelling like smoke, cat piss or basement? No. People get all jacked off because they decline their items yet their items are horrid. When I sell mine I wash all the clothes. Fold them nicely. Each item I fold I spray with tide freshener upon piling it into the bins. Toys I wash and clean aswell as organize an bag up pieces. The more you bring, the better the brand the more pieces you have an the more organized it is the more money you get. It's common sense. Today or tomorrow I am bringing my spring haul of the year for spring cleaning. Hoping to get atleast 150 or more. The items there to buy are very nice. All different sizes styles etc. I dont really shop there to often only 2x a year when I sell an I end up finding name brand clothes in great condition for 70percent off of the orginal price. The toys are mainly infant toys which they have a large stock of not so many ages 5 to 10 toys but they do have excellent toys when they do. If your looking to make a quick 50bucks or more and have a massive amount of stuff your children have out grew take it there. Be sure to wash it. The fold each piece. Keep it fresh. No animal or human hair or fluids. No stains. No odors. No wrinkles. No hard wear on the clothes an your items will be bought. This store is one of my favorites and this location is top notch. I always find great deals and styles, plus stuff I didn't even know I was looking for. Selling the clothes my son outgrows is a breeze and super convenient to restock his closet.

Fantastic selection of gently used childrens items, such as strollers, toys, cribs, and all the other essentials kids need.

Huge selection of clothing, both in season and out (a good place to find odds and ends for trips to different climates). A great alternative to big box/department stores!

I love shopping here for my infant. The prices are good and they often have sales where you can buy onsies and leggings for $1. They also have a toys, baby wearers, cribs, strollers, and other baby gear.

Beautiful selection here! I sold some clothing and the process was super cool with their electronic system and text updates. The store is very bright and clean and tons of variety!

My absolutely favorite store! I love selling an buying kids things here. They are very picky but you can't blame them esp while buying kids clothes u have to imagen all the items they get offered a day..an kids are messy. I have walked out before with 9$..20$ I've walked out before with 67$ I've walked out before with 178$! All's depends on what they're looking to buy. Toys will get you better cash return more than clothing but make sure theyre in good condtion an have all pieces . The ladies are very nice. Very professional an down to earth. They have a wide varity of clothes for kids from newborn to preteens. Shoes...toys for all ages but mainly babys/toddlers...books..games..rollerblades..ixeskates...pjs..dresses...nice clothes..play clothes.. hats.. etc. I found a monster high doll for 2$!! She was perfect like brand new witg all her pieces. I bought her for myself cause I collect them. An bought my daught a few chapter bad kitty books for 1.50 a piece. They have tons of high end strollers.. bouncers ..rockers...bassinets...car beds..play tables..ride on toys.. etc. I took my items to kid to kid the first time I ever sold..i had two bins of toys.. An 5 bags of clothes I left with 20$. Took the exact same things I took to kid to kid right up the street to once upon a child an walked out with 178$! But once again..not every time are u going to receive a excellent pay out.. It depends on the season..the style..the brand..the quality..the item..etc. I sold 47 items before n got only 50$ so basically a dollar a item.. but still this store is by far hands down my favorite store to sell my child's clothes an old toys at! And buy clothes. Take clothes in...get money..get clothes. Basically like trading 8 pairs of too small clothing items from ur kiddo for one item the right size. They do not accept any sort of stain. Any rips. Any tears. Any hair. Any musty moldy cig smelled clothing...which I don't blame them cause it's for children. I highly reccomend this store to sell or buy kids clothes. Esp if u take care of ur kids items an are clean. Wash clothes before bringing I recommend.

This place has amazing prices on kids clothes. If you want high quality brands for cheap, go here. The toys are solid and their reward program is good too.

Always fun to see what is available for purchasing. I can get more clothes for less money! Brand names are available. Clothes are sorted by size, type, and color. Shoes are in bins by size.

Was very well organized & clean for a consignment store! Lots of great finds for cheap, especially when they have clearance. Good thing this store is an hour away from me because its addicting!
