I can’t Express enough how Fabulous this Place is from Start To Finish!! My son (pictured) has been interested in Rolex watches for sometime and finally saved up and began his pursuit. We met David the His daughter who helped us the whole way through this and the rest of the Staff who is Also Amazing in every regard! Who all took the time to discuss the products, how they’re built, and just fill you full of knowledge on each Item you’re interested in! We were treated like Family and are are so happy!! Great People to do Business with! Highly Recommend!!!

We had some specific requirements for our engagement ring that required a custom build. It was great working with Howard to get the perfect ring. He walked us through the entire process, always listened to us, and was always focused on our budget and needs. He went out of his way to not only source individual gemstones for the ring, but to even get some stones custom cut when the ones available on the market weren't perfect. With all the work that Howard put in to get things done, we're very happy knowing we have a genuinely a unique and one-of-a-kind ring that exceeded our high expectations!

My fiancé and I worked with Sarah Benson at Orr's in Squirrel Hill to design my engagement ring. The entire process was stress-free, exciting, and fun - just the way it should be! Not to mention, the ring is absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisioned. We are obsessed to say the least!

Sarah did a wonderful, thorough job explaining our options when it came to the 4 C's. She was so patient in answering our questions and was always quick to respond to our emails. Not only will we be purchasing our wedding bands from Orr's, but we will also specifically be requesting Sarah. Her expertise and kindness was crucial to our positive experience.

My Fiancé and I went to Orr’s, unsure if we could find a wedding band I had envisioned or if we would have to have it custom-made. We were greeted by Howard, who is extremely polite and professional. After I showed Howard the inspiration for what I wanted and the specifications for the ring, he quickly went to work. Howard called me the same day, stating he found the ring and was able to have another store loan it for me to see it. The ring arrived in three days, and I am happy to say Howard found the one!

I could not have found a better match to my vision myself! Howard and the team at Orr’s is exceptionally thoughtful and truly goes the extra mile to ensure your happiness.

I also wanted to highlight that Marcella was also a gem while showing my Fiancé some of the watches presently in their collection.

I love getting my watches from orrs. Great people and great atmosphere. Eliza and her team always come through. Orr’s Jeweler is the best place in Pittsburgh for Rolex. Eliza has been amazing and helped get me the exact watches I was looking for. She was extremely nice and was patient as I needed help navigating what style exactly wanted. I will go to Orr’s for the rest of my jewelry purchases from now on because of her!

If you’re looking for an engagement ring, this is the place! I called and visited numerous stores searching for the perfect ring, and none of them came close to Orr’s Jewelers. The customer service was phenomenal! Very friendly staff (shoutout to Sarah!) that listened to what I was looking for, took my budget into consideration, and designed the perfect ring. My new fiancée LOVES it!!!

Marcella was amazing. I went to the store looking for a particular watch that she was very knowledgeable about. She showed me some different options and I ended up liking one of her suggestions better in person. She had an answer to all of my questions and was very kind and courteous throughout the whole process. I had to wait around a month for it to come in, but she called me as soon as it was there. Great atmosphere and great people. I would highly recommend Marcella and Orrs to anybody looking for a nice watch or jewelry.

By the way Aliza is awesome, she is my go to person whenever I am searching for gifts. She makes the best recommendations and my gifts are always on point with her help. A+ all the way around. Randomly called in to inquire about wait times on a specific Rolex model. Out of pure coincidence, they received the exact one a few days before and it was not sold yet. This ever happens in the Rolex world & you would normally have to wait several months, if not years to have the opportunity to buy a new one from an AD. I discussed details with Alexandria over the phone and then arranged a time to come down and pick it up. She was very helpful and detailed when discussing the numerous makes and models. Upon arriving at the store, I ended up discussing watches with three different associates. All three were extremely knowledgeable, and I enjoyed conversing with them while my new purchase was processing. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

My son and I went to Orr's to purchase an engagement ring.I had called several jewelers prior to my visit because I was coming to Pittsburgh from DC. Once I spoke to Howard I knew this was the jewelry store we needed to visit. We were greeted by other people who worked in the store in a very professional and friendly manner.
Howard allowed us to look around and then he showed us several diamond rings. He took his time explaining the clarity , the prices and cuts of several diamonds. We did not feel rushed and we both were very pleased with the choice and the price of the diamond ring that we chose. He also told us we could come back and get the ring resized if needed. He also cleaned several pieces of jewelry purchased elsewhere without an addition charge.
In summary, I was very pleased with Howard and the way we were treated. I highly recommend Orr's Jewelers.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Howard Shirley at Orr's Jewelers when creating a ring to commemorate my 10th anniversary with my husband.
