Kevin and his team did a great job troubleshooting my new build saving me lots of headache trying to figure out which part was faulty in my PC. Once parts were replaced, they got my new PC built and ready within 48 hours. They are transparent about how busy they are and it took about 2 weeks to get to troubleshooting my PC but otherwise couldn't have asked for a better service.

Fast, reasonably priced service. Wonderful people who know what they're doing. Replaced gaming laptop screen, cleaned out unit and replaced hard drive.

My laptop would not turn on, and I came to Kevin’s in panic. He diagnosed that the motherboard died and offered me a solution. In a couple of days he got me a refurbished laptop (grade A condition) of almost the same model, managed to reinstall my hard drive in it and even my Russian keyboard. As a result I got almost the same laptop with all my files for a very reasonable price. Thanks, Kevin! Highly recommended.

I called in with an issue with my P16 Lenovo ThinkPad AC Power Supply. Kevin gave me some practical advice on what to do, since we were probably both skeptical about whether it could be fixed. However, he agreed to take a look since I needed it working quickly. I was really relieved when he was able to fix it the same day I brought it in!

Excellent service. I am extremely leary about having anybody but myself for family fix any computer after a bad experience years ago but Kevin was so polite when I talked to him on phone and explained the issue and what I had done to try to fix it. He said it bring it in. Was dropped off and we have had the computer back for about a week now after he fixed the issue and it works perfectly. Kevin and his wife were polite on the phone and in the shop they didn't try to over sell anything or try to get my father to get an unnecessary upgrade for his system so so happy with the service they provide for their customers will definitely call them again for any other issue. The dog is cute as well.

I can't say enough about how good they are at this place! Very friendly and professional and easy to work with. They are way more reasonable on pricing than I would have ever thought. My 10 year old computer is operating like new and I'm really happy about it. When you think computer repair you think big bucks. Nope. Not here. You should try them if you need your computer fixed.

Kevin did a fantastic job! From the outset this operation may seem a bit janky but they know what they're doing. I had a fan going bad on my graphics card for my laptop and for a reasonable price he fixed it within a day or so. The only wait was for the part to be delivered. So if you want you can order the part yourself to save that time up front.

Also, a bonus, if you're in the market for some vintage stuff like 00's era Macs, CRTs and other vintage stuff. I didn't ask if they were for sale but I know there's a market for that stuff so I'm sure he'd sell them for the right price.

Kevin has brought my corrupted files back from the dead twice now. The are countless people and companies out there that would take advantage of your desperation when you are in a vulnerable spot. It's reassuring to know you have a real person in Pittsburgh who can help you navigate the heartbreak of losing your work in a calm and straightforward way. I am forever grateful that Kevin's Computers exists. Also, God bless that computer crisis comfort dog!

Had a great experience here. After my laptop crashed, I first took it to a larger electronic repair chain. They eventually told me that the drive was corrupted beyond repair and there was nothing they could do. Looking for a second opinion, I took it to Kevin's. Not only did Kevin actually fix my laptop, but the price was much cheaper than the quote I initially got from the national chain. If you have a computer that needs repairing and are looking to support a great local business, I would definitely recommend Kevin's.

Kevin really did a great job, he and his mate are very professional and kevin's wife is very kind too. They really made a good impression on me, if I have a problem with my computer in the future I will come back to them for repairs.

I went to Kevin's Computer with the hopes of getting a good refurbished computer mat a decent price off him. The staff was so nice him and his assistant always answered my calls and when I went in, Kevin tried his best to find me something within my price range for work so it had to be good with at least windows 10 not S. He unfortunately didn't have anything ready but he went above and beyond for me we exchanged numbers and he looked up computers that he thought were great priced and great computer's. I ended up going with a refurbished Dell laptop with windows pro and I upgraded to Windows 11 and it was a $710 computer I paid $280. I've had it almost a month and it's been great so far no issues at all. Thanks to Kevin if it wasn't for him I wouldn't know what I would have done. He is not a swindler or anything like that, he could of easily sold me something that day I'm sure but didn't because he is a decent guy. Thanks Kevin for taking the time to find me a few different computers and helping me.

You need to go here. Don't go anywhere else. These folks are the real deal- they're the kind of smart that doesn't get thrown in your face, especially when you're not particularly computer savvy, but they have a million tricks and so so so much extensive knowledge. I was able to get my bitlocker fixed within the hour after being on the phone with customer service for my laptop and Microsoft for hours. The rates are extremely reasonable and the service was excellent. The sweet dog was an added bonus to the experience. I can't say enough good things, so much so that I'm writing this in my car right after leaving!

Had a great experience, Kevin help me install the SSD to the slot that I messed up with the screw. Just a few seconds with no charge. Definitely will recommend to my friends who have issue with their computers.

I took 3 floppy disk drives to Kevin’s to try to be restored. Although two of them would not spin up, Kevin was able to get the third to work perfectly. He then proceeded to convert it to a Mac Compatible file and put it on to a flash drive for me, all within 30 minutes of my arrival. Kevin’s pricing is incredibly fair and he was able to answer every one of my questions in layman’s terms and was able to save some incredibly important files. Oh and did I mention they have an adorable dog? Great service, great prices and a dog...what more could you ask for?

I came here for I-9 verification through a new employer and was nervous. The person who helped me was nice and straightforward, making the process very quick and easy. The dog at the shop was a cutie pie and well behaved. If I ever need my computer serviced, I think I'll consider them. I liked the unpretentious atmosphere. This place has character.
